Description
Description A Casting Box For Positioning Denseners Technical Field The invention relates to a casting box for positioning denseners. Background of the Invention When casting with the existing technology, if the thick and large thermal center parts of the castings such as the valve body, the bonnet and the rocker cannot be fed with risers, denseners need to be placed to remove the partial loose defects. As shown in Figure 1, usually an upper mold 5 is installed in an upper molding sand layer 3 in an upper casting box 1, a lower mold 6 is installed in a lower molding sand layer 4 in an lower casting box 2, then the upper mold 5 and the lower mold 6 are taken-out respectively, as shown in Figure 2, an upper casting cavity 7 is formed in the upper molding sand layer 3, a lower casting cavity 8 is formed in the lower molding sand layer, an upper core print cavity 9 is installed on the top part of the upper casting cavity 7 via a mold, a lower core print cavity 10 is installed on the bottom part of the lower casting cavity 8 via a mold, then the denseners 11 are placed in the way of aligning with the upper core print cavity 9 and the lower core print cavity 10. In order to bring conveniences for stripping the mold in the upper core print cavity 9 and the lower core print cavity 10, usually a certain clearance is maintained, which causes deviation of the densener 11 as shown in Figure 2 when the densener 11 is placed in the lower core print cavity 10, when assembling the upper casting box 1 with the lower casting box 2, the densener 11 cannot align with the upper core print cavity 9, and the upper molding sand layer 3 and the lower molding sand layer 4 are damaged, therefore the quality of the casting cannot be ensured and the work efficiency is decreased. Summary of the Invention The technical problems to be solved by the invention is to provide a casting box for positioning denseners, which can accurately position the denseners in the casting box, prevent the molding sand layer from damage, ensure the quality of the casting and enhance the work efficiency. In order to solve above-mentioned existing technical problems, the invention adopts a proposal as follows: a casting box for positioning denseners, comprising an upper casting box and a lower casting box, an upper molding sand layer is installed in the upper casting box, an upper mold is installed in the upper molding sand layer, a lower molding sand layer is installed in the lower casting box, a lower mold is installed in the lower molding sand layer, densener grooves are installed in the upper mold and the lower mold, and denseners corresponding to the lower molding sand layer are installed in the densener grooves. Preferably, the top part of said densener is flush with the top part of the upper mold, the bottom part of said densener is fixed in the lower molding sand layer. Advantages: as a casting box for positioning denseners provided in above-mentioned proposal is adopted, the invention accurately positions the denseners in the casting box, prevents the molding sand layer from damage, ensures the quality of the casting and enhances the work efficiency. Brief Description of the Drawings Figure 1 is a structure schematic diagram of the existing casting box; Figure 2 is a sate schematic diagram when the existing casting box is stripping and filling with denseners; Figure 3 is a structure schematic diagram of the invention; Figure 4 is a state schematic diagram when the invention is stripping. Detailed Description of the Invention As shown in Figure 3, a casting box for positioning denseners comprises an upper casting box 1 and a lower casting box 2, an upper molding sand layer 3 is installed in said upper casting box 1, an upper mold 5 is installed in the upper molding sand layer 3, a lower molding sand layer 4 is installed in said lower casting box 2, a lower mold 6 is installed in said lower molding sand layer 4, densener grooves 12 are installed in the upper mold 5 and the lower mold 6, and denseners 11 corresponding to the lower molding sand layer 4 are installed in said densener grooves 12. The top part of said densener 11 is flush with the top part of the upper mold 5, the bottom part of said densener 11 is fixed in the lower molding sand layer 4. As shown in Figure 4, the densener 11 is covered densely by the lower molding sand layer 4 after stripping and is positioned in the position which needs to be placed with densener accurately, 2 therefore the process of inserting the densener in the core print when assembling the casting box is removed, problems such as inaccurate positioning of the densener, damages to the molding sand close to the core print or box assembling cannot be finished are overcome, the quality of the casting is ensured, and the work efficiency is enhanced greatly. 3
Claims (2)
1. A casting box for positioning denseners, comprising an upper casting box and a lower casting box, an upper molding sand layer is installed in the upper casting box, an upper mold is installed in the upper molding sand layer, a lower molding sand layer is installed in the lower casting box, a lower mold is installed in the lower molding sand layer, densener grooves are installed in the upper mold and the lower mold, and denseners corresponding to the lower molding sand layer are installed in the densener grooves.
2. The casting box for positioning denseners according to claim 1, wherein the top part of said densener is flush with the top part of the upper mold, the bottom part of said densener is fixed in the lower molding sand layer. 4
