Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种用于变电站的围墙压顶模具，包括四个侧板以及底板，在四个侧板底端面共同固装一底板，在所述侧板与底板的固接处均设置有直径为5～15mm的弯角。本模具主体采用钢板加工制作，保证预制构件表面平整、光滑、无蜂窝麻面，模具外延用角钢加螺栓固定，模具侧梆钢板设置有弯角，由此确保混凝土在振捣过程中无漏浆现象以及过水槽的观感质量。

本实用新型属于混凝土压顶领域，涉及变电站围墙，尤其是一种用于变电站的围墙压顶模具。
背景技术
鉴于变电站自身的特点，其周围施工工件的要求较普通建筑有所不同，其中，变电站围墙对于压顶表面要求较高，应避压顶表面免无麻面及条纹且具有良好的滴水性，以保证较为干燥的环境。这种压顶通常需要通过模具浇注成型，但在此过程中，经常出现漏浆的情况，压顶表面平整度下降。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足之处，提供一种结构简单、易于安装的用于变电站的围墙压顶模具。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是：
一种用于变电站的围墙压顶模具，包括四个侧板以及底板，在四个侧板底端面共同固装一底板，在所述侧板与底板的固接处均设置有直径为5～15mm的弯角。
而且，在所述底板四角分别制有一鹰嘴滴水护角凹陷。
而且，所述四个侧板均为角钢，该四个角钢首尾依次合围固接成角钢框。
本实用新型的优点和积极效果是：
1、本模具主体采用钢板加工制作，保证预制构件表面平整、光滑、无蜂窝麻面，模具外延用角钢加螺栓固定，模具侧梆钢板设置有弯角，由此确保混凝土在振捣过程中无漏浆现象以及过水槽的观感质量。
2、本模具底板四角分别制有一鹰嘴滴水护角凹陷，由此使通过本模具浇注成型后的压顶底面四角均生成一滴水护角，不仅提高了滴水性能，还提高了压顶的美观程度。

一种用于变电站的围墙压顶模具，包括四个侧板3以及底板2，上述四个侧板均为角钢，该四个角钢首尾依次合围固接成角钢框，在四个侧板底端面共同固装一底板，本实用新型的创新点是：在侧板与底板的固接处均设置有直径为5～15mm的弯角4，由此确保混凝土在振捣过程中无漏浆现象以及过水槽的观感质量。
在底板四角分别制有一鹰嘴滴水护角凹陷1，使浇注成型后的围墙压顶表面四角处分别制出一滴水护角，不仅提高了滴水性能，还提高了压顶的美观程度。

3.根据权利要求1所述的用于变电站的围墙压顶模具，其特征在于：所述四个侧板均为角钢，该四个角钢首尾依次合围固接成角钢框。
