Abstract
1. Композиционный барьер для предотвращения попадания HO внутрь чувствительных устройств, включающий полисилоксановую матрицу, содержащую, по меньшей мере, два вида поглотителей, отличающийся тем, что указанная полисилоксановая матрица содержит между 10 и 55% масс. необратимого поглотителя HO, состоящего по существу из порошков одного или более оксидов щелочноземельных металлов, выбранных из оксидов кальция, стронция, бария, магния, и между 1 и 5% масс. обратимого поглотителя HO, состоящего по существу из порошков одного или более алюмосиликатов, у которого размер, по меньшей мере, 95% порошков указанных поглотителей не превышает 10 мкм.2. Композиционный барьер по п.1, где массовое отношение между необратимым поглотителем и обратимым поглотителем находится между 2,7 и 45.3. Композиционный барьер по п.2, где массовое отношение между необратимым поглотителем и обратимым поглотителем находится между 13 и 20.4. Композиционный барьер по п.1, где массовое количество обратимого поглотителя относительно общего массового количества порошков поглотителей составляет более 2%, но менее 20%.5. Claims (16)
1. Композиционный барьер для предотвращения попадания H2O внутрь чувствительных устройств, включающий полисилоксановую матрицу, содержащую, по меньшей мере, два вида поглотителей, отличающийся тем, что указанная полисилоксановая матрица содержит между 10 и 55% масс. необратимого поглотителя H2O, состоящего по существу из порошков одного или более оксидов щелочноземельных металлов, выбранных из оксидов кальция, стронция, бария, магния, и между 1 и 5% масс. обратимого поглотителя H2O, состоящего по существу из порошков одного или более алюмосиликатов, у которого размер, по меньшей мере, 95% порошков указанных поглотителей не превышает 10 мкм.
2. Композиционный барьер по п.1, где массовое отношение между необратимым поглотителем и обратимым поглотителем находится между 2,7 и 45.
3. Композиционный барьер по п.2, где массовое отношение между необратимым поглотителем и обратимым поглотителем находится между 13 и 20.
4. Композиционный барьер по п.1, где массовое количество обратимого поглотителя относительно общего массового количества порошков поглотителей составляет более 2%, но менее 20%.

b) между 5 и 30% масс. диметилвинилового или триметилвинилового диоксида кремния,
и содержащая между 10 и 55% масс. необратимого поглотителя влаги, состоящего по существу из порошков одного или более оксидов щелочноземельных металлов, выбранных из оксидов кальция, стронция, бария, магния, и между 1 до 5% масс. обратимого поглотителя H2O, состоящего по существу из порошков одного или более алюмосиликатов, у которых размер, по меньшей мере, 95% частиц порошка не превышает 10 мкм.
10. Смесь для получения композиционного барьера по п.9, дополнительно содержащая до 40% масс. ди-диметилгидроксисилоксана.
11. Устройство, чувствительное к присутствию H2O, отличающееся тем, что включает композиционный барьер по п.1.
12. Устройство, чувствительное к присутствию влаги, по п.11, где указанный композиционный барьер расположен по периметру указанного устройства.
13. Устройство, чувствительное к присутствию влаги, по п.11, где указанный композиционный барьер заполняет внутренний объем указанного устройства.
14. Устройство, чувствительное к присутствию влаги, по п.11, где указанное устройство является электролюминесцентным органическим устройством.
15. Устройство, чувствительное к присутствию влаги, по п.11, где указанное устройство является электронным или электрическим устройством.
16. Устройство, чувствительное к присутствию влаги, по п.11, где указанное устройство является микромеханическим или микрооптоэлектронным устройством.
