Abstract
Description
1)ジメチルビニル末端を有する40%wt〜70%wtの間のジメチルシロキサン、および
2)5%wt〜40%wtの間のジメチルビニルシリカまたはトリメチルビニルシリカ
を混合して得られるケイ素系(siliconic)前駆体を含有し、
かつ、カルシウム、ストロンチウム、バリウム、マグネシウムの各酸化物から選ばれる1つまたは複数のアルカリ土類金属酸化物の粉末から本質的になる10%wt〜55%wtの間の不可逆的水分収着剤と、1つまたは複数のアルミノケイ酸塩の粉末から本質的になる1%wt〜5%wtの間のH2O可逆的収着剤とを含有し、前記粉末の少なくとも95%のサイズが10μm以下である混合物に関する。
Claims (16)
- 少なくとも2種類の収着剤を含有するポリシロキサンマトリックスを含む感受性デバイスの内部でのH2Oの進入に対する複合バリアであって、
前記ポリシロキサンマトリックスが、カルシウム、ストロンチウム、バリウム、マグネシウムの各酸化物から選ばれる1つまたは複数のアルカリ土類金属酸化物の粉末から本質的になる10%wt〜55%wtの間の不可逆的H2O収着剤と、1つまたは複数のアルミノケイ酸塩の粉末から本質的になる1%wt〜5%wtの間のH2O可逆的収着剤とを含有し、
前記収着剤の前記粉末の少なくとも95%が10μm以下のサイズを有する
ことを特徴とする、複合バリア。 - 前記不可逆的収着剤と前記可逆的収着剤との重量比が2.7〜45の間に含まれる、請求項1に記載の複合バリア。
- 前記不可逆的収着剤と前記可逆的収着剤との重量比が13〜20の間に含まれる、請求項2に記載の複合バリア。
- 収着剤の前記粉末の総重量に対する前記可逆的収着剤の重量が2%を超え、かつ、20%未満である、請求項1に記載の複合バリア。
- 収着剤の前記粉末の総重量に対する前記可逆的収着剤の重量が2.5%〜7%の間に含まれる、請求項1に記載の複合バリア。
- 前記可逆的収着剤の前記粉末のサイズが50nm〜500nmの間に含まれる、請求項1または2に記載の複合バリア。
- 前記不可逆的収着剤は180℃以下の温度においてH2Oを放出しない、請求項1に記載の複合バリア。
- 前記可逆的収着剤は、70℃〜180℃の間に含まれる温度においてH2Oを放出する、請求項1に記載の複合バリア。
- 請求項1に記載される複合バリアを製造するための混合物であって、
a)ジメチルビニル終端を有する40%wt〜70%wtの間のジメチルシロキサン、
b)5%wt〜30%wtの間のジメチルビニルシリカまたはトリメチルビニルシリカ
を含む混合物を含有し、
かつ、カルシウム、ストロンチウム、バリウム、マグネシウムの各酸化物から選ばれる1つまたは複数のアルカリ土類金属酸化物の粉末から本質的になる10%wt〜55%wtの間の不可逆的水分収着剤と、1つまたは複数のアルミノケイ酸塩の粉末から本質的になる1%wt〜5%wtの間のH2O可逆的収着剤とを含有し、前記不可逆的収着剤粉末および前記可逆的収着剤粉末の95%のサイズが10μm以下である、混合物。 - 40%wtまでのジメチルヒドロキシシロキサンをさらに含有する、請求項9に記載の複合バリア製造用の混合物。
- 請求項1に記載される複合バリアを含むことを特徴とする、H2Oの存在に対して感受性のあるデバイス。
- 前記複合バリアがデバイスの周囲に配置される、請求項11に記載の水分の存在に対して感受性のあるデバイス。
- 前記複合バリアがデバイスの内部体積を満たす、請求項11に記載の水分の存在に対して感受性のあるデバイス。
- エレクトロルミネセント有機デバイスである、請求項11に記載の水分の存在に対して感受性のあるデバイス。
- 電子デバイスまたは電気デバイスである、請求項11に記載の水分の存在に対して感受性のあるデバイス。
- マイクロ機械デバイスまたはマイクロ光電子デバイスである、請求項11に記載の水分の存在に対して感受性のあるデバイス。
