Abstract
1. Устройство по п.3, где корпус выполнен с возможностью имплантации целиком внутрь пациента.5. Устройство по п.1, где корпус выполнен с возможностью нахождения в непрерывном непосредственном контакте с телом пациента в течение предварительно определенного количества времени, причем генератор сигнала генерирует электрический сигнал и непрерывно подает электрический сигнал в тело пациента.6. Устройство по п.5, где предварительно определенное количество времени составляет по меньшей мере один день.7. Устройство по п.5, где предварительно определенное количество времени составляет по меньшей мере одну неделю.8. Claims (20)
1. Медицинское устройство, которое содержит:
корпус, выполненный с возможностью размещения в непосредственном контакте с телом пациента близко к депо бурой жировой ткани; и
генератор сигнала, соединенный с корпусом и выполненный с возможностью генерации электрического сигнала и подачи электрического сигнала в тело пациента близко к бурой жировой ткани для активации бурой жировой ткани и увеличения потребления энергии бурой жировой тканью, при этом электрический сигнал имеет модулирующий сигнал и несущий сигнал.
2. Устройство по п.1, где корпус выполнен с возможностью наложения на внешнюю поверхность кожи пациента.
3. Устройство по п.1, где корпус выполнен с возможностью по меньшей мере частичной имплантации внутрь пациента.
4. Устройство по п.3, где корпус выполнен с возможностью имплантации целиком внутрь пациента.
5. Устройство по п.1, где корпус выполнен с возможностью нахождения в непрерывном непосредственном контакте с телом пациента в течение предварительно определенного количества времени, причем генератор сигнала генерирует электрический сигнал и непрерывно подает электрический сигнал в тело пациента.
6. Устройство по п.5, где предварительно определенное количество времени составляет по меньшей мере один день.
7. Устройство по п.5, где предварительно определенное количество времени составляет по меньшей мере одну неделю.
8. Устройство по п.5, где предварительно определенное количество времени составляет по меньшей мере четыре недели.
9. Устройство по п.1, где корпус содержит корпус накладки, прикрепляемой к пациенту.
10. Устройство по п.1, где генератор сигнала размещен внутри корпуса.
11. Устройство по п.1, которое дополнительно содержит контроллер, выполненный с возможностью включения генератора сигнала, чтобы генератор сигнала начал генерировать электрический сигнал, выключения генератора сигнала, чтобы генератор сигнала закончил генерировать электрический сигнал, или и того и другого.

15. Устройство по п.1, где модулирующий сигнал имеет частоту активации в диапазоне приблизительно от 0,1 до 100 Гц.
16. Устройство по п.1, где модулирующий сигнал имеет частоту активации в диапазоне приблизительно от 0,1 до 100 Гц, и несущий сигнал имеет несущую частоту в диапазоне приблизительно от 10 до 400 кГц.
17. Устройство по п.16, где модулирующий сигнал имеет частоту активации менее чем приблизительно 10 Гц, и несущий сигнал имеет несущую частоту в диапазоне приблизительно от 200 до 250 кГц.
18. Устройство по п.1, где электрический сигнал имеет ширину импульса в диапазоне приблизительно от 10 мкс до 10 мс.
19. Устройство по п.1, где электрический сигнал имеет напряжение, имеющее амплитуду в диапазоне приблизительно от 1 до 20 В.
20. Устройство по п.1, где электрический сигнал имеет ток, имеющий амплитуду в диапазоне приблизительно от 2 до 6 мА.
