Abstract
1. Керамический субстрат, отличающийся тем, что его поверхность модифицирована силановым промотором адгезии.2. Керамический субстрат по п.1, отличающийся тем, что его поверхность содержит гидроксильные группы (OH-группы).3. Керамический субстрат по п.1, отличающийся тем, что он является керамическим материалом из оксида алюминия, керамическим материалом из оксида циркония или смешанным керамическим материалом различного состава из оксида циркония и оксида алюминия.4. Керамический субстрат по п.1, отличающийся тем, что силановый промотор адгезии является силаном, образующим с ОН-группами поверхности субстрата ковалентные связи.5. Керамический субстрат по п.1, отличающийся тем, что силановый промотор адгезии выбран из стерильных силановых промоторов адгезии.6. Керамический субстрат по п.1, отличающийся тем, что силановый промотор адгезии выбран из метоксисиланов, этоксисиланов и/или хлорсиланов.7. Керамический субстрат по п.5, отличающийся тем, что стерильный силановый промотор адгезии, во-первых, взаимодействует с ОН-группами поверхности субстрата, и во-вторых, содержит по меньшей мере одну реакционноспособную группу, которая может взаимодействовать с мономерным компонентом костного цемента.8. Керамический субстрат по п.5, отличающийся тем, что стерильный силановый промотор адгезии содержит реакционноспособные акрилатные, соответственно метакрилатные группы.9. Керамический субстрат по одному из пп.1-8, отличающийся тем, что поверхность субстрата, предварительно кондиционированная силановым промотором адгезии по одному из пп.1-8, дополнительно имеет полимерный покрывающий слой, который после полной полимеризации
Claims (10)
1. Керамический субстрат, отличающийся тем, что его поверхность модифицирована силановым промотором адгезии.
2. Керамический субстрат по п.1, отличающийся тем, что его поверхность содержит гидроксильные группы (OH-группы).
3. Керамический субстрат по п.1, отличающийся тем, что он является керамическим материалом из оксида алюминия, керамическим материалом из оксида циркония или смешанным керамическим материалом различного состава из оксида циркония и оксида алюминия.
4. Керамический субстрат по п.1, отличающийся тем, что силановый промотор адгезии является силаном, образующим с ОН-группами поверхности субстрата ковалентные связи.
5. Керамический субстрат по п.1, отличающийся тем, что силановый промотор адгезии выбран из стерильных силановых промоторов адгезии.
6. Керамический субстрат по п.1, отличающийся тем, что силановый промотор адгезии выбран из метоксисиланов, этоксисиланов и/или хлорсиланов.
7. Керамический субстрат по п.5, отличающийся тем, что стерильный силановый промотор адгезии, во-первых, взаимодействует с ОН-группами поверхности субстрата, и во-вторых, содержит по меньшей мере одну реакционноспособную группу, которая может взаимодействовать с мономерным компонентом костного цемента.
8. Керамический субстрат по п.5, отличающийся тем, что стерильный силановый промотор адгезии содержит реакционноспособные акрилатные, соответственно метакрилатные группы.
9. Керамический субстрат по одному из пп.1-8, отличающийся тем, что поверхность субстрата, предварительно кондиционированная силановым промотором адгезии по одному из пп.1-8, дополнительно имеет полимерный покрывающий слой, который после полной полимеризации выполняет функцию защиты поверхности субстрата.
10. Керамический субстрат по п.9, отличающийся тем, что покрывающий слой основан на метилметакрилате, полиметилметакрилате, бисфенолА-глицидилдиметакрилате, триэтиленгликольдиметакрилате, фенольных смолах и/или смеси указанных компонентов.
