Abstract
1. Покрытие лицевой стороны головки для струйной печати, представляющее собой структурированную органическую пленку (СОП), содержащую множество сегментов, множество линкеров, образующих ковалентную органическую структуру (КОС).2. Покрытие по п.1, в котором угол смачивания лицевой стороны головки для струйной печати распыляемыми каплями закрепляющихся под действием ультрафиолетового излучения чернила или распыляемыми каплями твердых чернил составляет от около 140° до около 60°.3. Покрытие по п.2, в котором угол смачивания составляет от около 110° до около 75°.4. Элемент формирования изображения по п.3, в котором СОП представляет собой фторированную СОП.5. Элемент формирования изображения по п.1, в котором СОП представляет собой композитную СОП.6. Элемент формирования изображения по п.1, в котором СОП имеет дополнительную функциональность.7. Элемент формирования изображения по п.1, в котором СОП содержит перемычку.
Claims (7)
1. Покрытие лицевой стороны головки для струйной печати, представляющее собой структурированную органическую пленку (СОП), содержащую множество сегментов, множество линкеров, образующих ковалентную органическую структуру (КОС).
2. Покрытие по п.1, в котором угол смачивания лицевой стороны головки для струйной печати распыляемыми каплями закрепляющихся под действием ультрафиолетового излучения чернила или распыляемыми каплями твердых чернил составляет от около 140° до около 60°.
3. Покрытие по п.2, в котором угол смачивания составляет от около 110° до около 75°.
4. Элемент формирования изображения по п.3, в котором СОП представляет собой фторированную СОП.
5. Элемент формирования изображения по п.1, в котором СОП представляет собой композитную СОП.
6. Элемент формирования изображения по п.1, в котором СОП имеет дополнительную функциональность.
7. Элемент формирования изображения по п.1, в котором СОП содержит перемычку.
