Abstract
1. Способ производства триглицеридной композиции, содержащей от 50 до 80 масс.% StOSt и от 5 до 20 масс.% StOO, включающий реакцию триолеина со стеариновой кислотой при температуре от 65 до 80°С в присутствии 1,3-специфичной липазы из Rhizopus oryzae до получения интерэтерифицированных глицеридов, и фракционирование интерэтерифицированных триглицеридов.2. Способ по п.1, в котором триолеин обеспечен в виде подсолнечного масла с высоким содержанием олеина.3. Способ по п.1 или 2, в котором фракционирование осуществляют путем влажного фракционирования с применением ацетона.4. Способ по п.1, в котором липаза иммобилизована на подложке.5. Способ по п.1, в котором композиция содержит от 60 до 80 масс.% StOSt.6. Способ по п.1, в котором композиция содержит от 5 до 15 масс.% StOO.7. Способ по п.1, в котором композиция содержит от 2 до 8 масс.% StLSt.8. Способ по п.1, дополнительно включающий смешивание триглицеридной композиции со средней фракцией пальмового масла.9. Способ по п.8, в котором смесь рафинируют.
Claims (9)
1. Способ производства триглицеридной композиции, содержащей от 50 до 80 масс.% StOSt и от 5 до 20 масс.% StOO, включающий реакцию триолеина со стеариновой кислотой при температуре от 65 до 80°С в присутствии 1,3-специфичной липазы из Rhizopus oryzae до получения интерэтерифицированных глицеридов, и фракционирование интерэтерифицированных триглицеридов.
2. Способ по п.1, в котором триолеин обеспечен в виде подсолнечного масла с высоким содержанием олеина.
3. Способ по п.1 или 2, в котором фракционирование осуществляют путем влажного фракционирования с применением ацетона.
4. Способ по п.1, в котором липаза иммобилизована на подложке.
5. Способ по п.1, в котором композиция содержит от 60 до 80 масс.% StOSt.
6. Способ по п.1, в котором композиция содержит от 5 до 15 масс.% StOO.
7. Способ по п.1, в котором композиция содержит от 2 до 8 масс.% StLSt.
8. Способ по п.1, дополнительно включающий смешивание триглицеридной композиции со средней фракцией пальмового масла.
9. Способ по п.8, в котором смесь рафинируют.
