Abstract
1. Промотор адгезии для введения в наносимые на полиолефины композиции для покрытий, содержащий расплав, пленкообразующую дисперсию или раствор, отличающийся тем, что он содержит:полимер типа А, который является полиолефином или смесью полио-лефинов,полимер типа В, который является гомолимером или/и сополимером (мет)акрилатов и содержит стандартные метакрилаты и/или стандартные акрилаты, иполимер типа АВ, который является привитым сополимером, содержащим полимер типа А и полимер типа В,причем пленкообразующий расплав, дисперсия или раствор свободны от галогена и кислоты.2. Промотор адгезии по п.1, отличающийся тем, что полимер типа В и полимер типа АВ содержат силильные группы.3. Промотор адгезии по п.1, отличающийся тем, что его вводят в композицию для покрытий в виде полимерного раствора, причем отношение суммарной массы полимеров типа А, В и АВ к массе растворителя или смеси растворителей составляет от 3:1 до 1:3, предпочтительно от 2:1 до 1:2, и причем смесь растворителей не содержит ароматических соединений.4. Промотор адгезии по п.1, отличающийся тем, что его вводят в композицию для покрытий в виде расплава и 100% - системы.5. Промотор адгезии по п.1, отличающийся тем, что полимером типа А является атактический полипропилен, атактический поли-1-бутен и/или сополимер и/или тройной сополимер мономерной композиции, содержащий от 0 до 95 мас.%, предпочтительно от 3 до 95 мас.%, одного или нескольких α-олефинов с 4-20 атомами углерода, от 5 до 100 мас.%, предпочтительно от 5 до 97 мас.%, пропилена и от 0 до 50 мас.%, предпочтительно от 0 до 20 мас.%, этилена.6. полимер типа А, который является полиолефином или смесью полио-лефинов,
полимер типа В, который является гомолимером или/и сополимером (мет)акрилатов и содержит стандартные метакрилаты и/или стандартные акрилаты, и
полимер типа АВ, который является привитым сополимером, содержащим полимер типа А и полимер типа В,
причем пленкообразующий расплав, дисперсия или раствор свободны от галогена и кислоты.
2. Промотор адгезии по п.1, отличающийся тем, что полимер типа В и полимер типа АВ содержат силильные группы.
3. Промотор адгезии по п.1, отличающийся тем, что его вводят в композицию для покрытий в виде полимерного раствора, причем отношение суммарной массы полимеров типа А, В и АВ к массе растворителя или смеси растворителей составляет от 3:1 до 1:3, предпочтительно от 2:1 до 1:2, и причем смесь растворителей не содержит ароматических соединений.
4. Промотор адгезии по п.1, отличающийся тем, что его вводят в композицию для покрытий в виде расплава и 100% - системы.
5. Промотор адгезии по п.1, отличающийся тем, что полимером типа А является атактический полипропилен, атактический поли-1-бутен и/или сополимер и/или тройной сополимер мономерной композиции, содержащий от 0 до 95 мас.%, предпочтительно от 3 до 95 мас.%, одного или нескольких α-олефинов с 4-20 атомами углерода, от 5 до 100 мас.%, предпочтительно от 5 до 97 мас.%, пропилена и от 0 до 50 мас.%, предпочтительно от 0 до 20 мас.%, этилена.
6. Промотор адгезии по п.5, отличающийся тем, что в качестве α-олефинов с 4-20 атомами углерода используют 1-бутен, 1-пентен, 1-гексен, 1-октен, 1-децен, 1-додецен, 3-метил-1-бутен, метилпентен, предпочтительно 4-метил-1-пентен, метилгексен или метилгептен, по отдельности или в виде смеси.
7. Промотор адгезии по п.1, отличающийся тем, что полимером типа АВ является привитой сополимер с полиолефиновыми основными цепями и поли(мет)акрилатными боковыми цепями.
8. Промотор адгезии по одному из пп.1-7, отличающийся тем, что к смеси полимера типа А и инициатора в растворителе добавляют мономеры, образующие полимер типа В, и полимеризуют.
9. Клеевая композиция для склеивания полиолефиновых подложек, отличающаяся тем, что она содержит промотор адгезии по одному из пп.1-8.
10. Лаковая композиция для нанесения покрытий на полиолефиновые подложки, отличающаяся тем, что она содержит промотор адгезии по одному из пп.1-8.
11. Герметизирующая композиция, которая обладает адгезией к полиолефиновым подложкам, отличающаяся тем, что она содержит промотор адгезии по одному из пп.1-8.
12. Композиция, используемая в качестве грунтовки для нанесения на полиолефиновые подложки, отличающаяся тем, что грунтовка содержит промотор адгезии по одному из пп.1-8.
13. Композиция по одному из пп.9-12, содержащая промотор адгезии, отличающаяся тем, что она свободна от растворителей.
14. Композиция по одному из пп.9-12, содержащая промотор адгезии, отличающаяся тем, что она содержит в качестве растворителя воду.
15. Пленка, формованная деталь, труба или кабельная оболочка, отличающиеся тем, что они покрыты композицией по п.13 или 14.
