Abstract
1. Устройство (10, 10') для определения положения полоски (7) для герметичного запечатывания из термосклеиваемого пластикового материала на многослойное полотно (3) упаковочного материала для пищевых продуктов, продвигаемое вдоль заданной траектории (Р) и включающее по меньшей мере один основной слой для обеспечения жесткости и прочности, и один или большее число термосклеиваемых пластиковых слоев; где упомянутая полоска (7) для герметичного запечатывания имеет первый продольный участок (42), накладываемый на продольный край (8) упомянутого полотна (3), и второй продольный участок (43), выступающий сбоку от упомянутого продольного края (8), при этом упомянутое устройство (10, 10') отличается тем, что оно содержит:- источник света (45, 45'), предназначенный для облучения поперечного участка упомянутого полотна (3) во время его движения вдоль упомянутой траектории (Р); и- датчик (46, 46'), при использовании определяющий значение величины (I, I'), характеризующей различное поведение материалов, составляющих полотно (3) и полоску (7) для герметичного запечатывания, при падении на них света, и который генерирует выходной сигнал (W), относящийся к ширине упомянутого второго участка (43) упомянутой полоски (7) для герметичного запечатывания в направлении (X), перпендикулярном к направлению движения полотна (3) и параллельном упомянутому полотну (3).2. Claims (16)
1. Устройство (10, 10') для определения положения полоски (7) для герметичного запечатывания из термосклеиваемого пластикового материала на многослойное полотно (3) упаковочного материала для пищевых продуктов, продвигаемое вдоль заданной траектории (Р) и включающее по меньшей мере один основной слой для обеспечения жесткости и прочности, и один или большее число термосклеиваемых пластиковых слоев; где упомянутая полоска (7) для герметичного запечатывания имеет первый продольный участок (42), накладываемый на продольный край (8) упомянутого полотна (3), и второй продольный участок (43), выступающий сбоку от упомянутого продольного края (8), при этом упомянутое устройство (10, 10') отличается тем, что оно содержит:
- источник света (45, 45'), предназначенный для облучения поперечного участка упомянутого полотна (3) во время его движения вдоль упомянутой траектории (Р); и
- датчик (46, 46'), при использовании определяющий значение величины (I, I'), характеризующей различное поведение материалов, составляющих полотно (3) и полоску (7) для герметичного запечатывания, при падении на них света, и который генерирует выходной сигнал (W), относящийся к ширине упомянутого второго участка (43) упомянутой полоски (7) для герметичного запечатывания в направлении (X), перпендикулярном к направлению движения полотна (3) и параллельном упомянутому полотну (3).
2. Устройство по п.1, в котором упомянутый источник света (45') и упомянутый датчик (46') расположены с противоположных сторон от упомянутого полотна (3), и в котором значение, определяемое датчиком, представляет собой интенсивность (I') прямого потока света, проходящего сквозь различные материалы полоски (7) для герметичного запечатывания и полотна (3).
3. Устройство по п.1, в котором упомянутый источник света (45') и упомянутый датчик (46') расположены с одной стороны от упомянутого полотна (3), и в котором величина, определяемая датчиком, представляет собой интенсивность света (I), отраженного от облучаемых материалов.
4. Устройство по п.3, дополнительно содержащее отражающую поверхность (55), расположенную с противоположной стороны от упомянутого полотна (3) относительно упомянутого датчика (46) и упомянутого источника света (45) и содержащую первый участок (57), покрытый полотном (3) и полоской (7) для герметичного запечатывания от источника света (45), и второй участок (58), выступающий сбоку от второго участка (43) упомянутой полоски (7) для герметичного запечатывания и обращенный к упомянутому источнику света (45).
5. Устройство по п.4, в котором упомянутый второй участок (43) упомянутой полоски (7) для герметичного запечатывания (7) отстоит от упомянутого первого участка (57) упомянутой отражающей поверхности (55).
6. Устройство по любому одному из пп.2-5, в котором определяемые значения (I2, I2') интенсивности света (I, I'), соответствующие второму участку (43) полоски (7) для герметичного запечатывания, отличаются от определенных значений (I1, I1', I3, I3'), соответствующих обеим сторонам упомянутого второго участка (43).
7. Устройство по п.1, дополнительно содержащее средства (63) управления, получающие упомянутый выходной сигнал (W) от упомянутого датчика (46, 46') и генерирующие сигнал (Y) неисправности при выходе определенной ширины второго участка (43) полоски (7) для герметичного запечатывания за пределы заданного диапазона (R) приемлемых значений; и/или управляющий сигнал (Q) для регулирования положения средств (22) для подачи упомянутой полоски (7) для герметичного запечатывания относительно упомянутого полотна (3).

Устройство по п.7, в котором упомянутые средства (63) управления генерируют сигнал (Z) останова при выходе определенной ширины продольного участка (43) полоски (7) для герметичного запечатывания за пределы упомянутого диапазона (R) в течение периода времени, большего порогового интервала времени (Т).
9. Упаковочная машина (1) для изготовления герметично запечатанных упаковок (2) пищевого продукта из полотна (3) упаковочного материала, содержащая устройство (6) для наложения, предназначенное для наложения упомянутой полоски (7) для герметичного запечатывания на упомянутое полотно (3), и устройство (10, 10') для определения по любому одному из предыдущих пунктов.
10. Упаковочная машина по п.9, в которой упомянутое устройство (6) для наложения содержит: устройство (18) для герметичного запечатывания, предназначенное для герметичного прикрепления упомянутой полоски (7) для герметичного запечатывания к упомянутому продольному краю (8) упомянутого полотна (3); подающие средства (22) для подачи упомянутой полоски (7) для герметичного запечатывания к упомянутому устройству (18) для наложения; несущие средства (23), несущие упомянутые подающие средства (22) в регулируемом положении вдоль направления (X) регулирования, перпендикулярного направлению движения полотна (3); приводные средства (35), которые могут быть выборочно приведены в действие для перемещения средств (22) для подачи в требуемое положение относительно упомянутого полотна (3) вдоль направления (X) регулирования; и средства управления (63), получающие упомянутый выходной сигнал (W) от упомянутого датчика (46, 46') и генерирующие управляющий сигнал (Q) для управления положением упомянутых средств (22) для подачи относительно упомянутого полотна (3).
11. Способ определения положения наложения полоски (7) для герметичного запечатывания из термосклеиваемого пластикового материала при ее наложении на многослойное полотно (3) упаковочного материала для пищевых продуктов, продвигаемого вдоль заданной траектории (Р) и включающего по меньшей мере один основной слой для обеспечения жесткости и прочности, и один или большее число термосклеиваемых пластиковых слоев; где упомянутая полоска (7) для герметичного запечатывания имеет первый продольный участок (42), накладываемый на продольный край (8) упомянутого полотна (3), и второй продольный участок (43), выступающий сбоку от упомянутого продольного края (8); при этом упомянутый способ (10, 10') отличается тем, что включает этапы:
- генерирования луча света на поперечном участке упомянутого полотна (3) во время его движения вдоль упомянутой траектории (P);
- определения значения величины (I, I'), характеризующей различное поведение материалов, составляющих полотно (3) и полоску (7) для герметичного запечатывания, при воздействии на них света; и
- генерирования выходного сигнала (W), относящегося к ширине упомянутого второго участка (43) упомянутой полоски (7) для герметичного запечатывания, в направлении (X), перпендикулярном к направлению движения полотна (3) и параллельном упомянутому полотну (3).
12. Способ по п.11, в котором упомянутый луч света генерируют с одной стороны упомянутого полотна (3), а определенное значение величины представляет собой интенсивность (I') прямого потока света, прошедшего сквозь различные материалы полоски (7) для герметичного запечатывания и полотна (3) и принимаемого датчиком (46') с противоположной стороны упомянутого полотна (3).
13. Способ по п.11, в котором упомянутый луч света генерируют с одной стороны упомянутого полотна (3), а определенное значение величины представляет собой интенсивность (I) света, отраженного облучаемыми материалами.
14. Способ по п.13, в котором упомянутый луч света направляют на упомянутое полотно (3), упомянутую полоску (7) для герметичного запечатывания и отражающую поверхность (55), имеющую первый участок (57), покрытый полотном (3) и полоской (7) для герметичного запечатывания, и второй участок (58), выступающий сбоку от второго участка (43) упомянутой полоски (7) для герметичного запечатывания.
15. Способ по любому одному из пп.11-14, дополнительно включающий, на основании упомянутого выходного сигнала (W), этап генерирования:
- сигнала неисправности (Y) при выходе определенной ширины второго участка (43) полоски (7) для герметичного запечатывания за пределы заданного диапазона (R) приемлемых значений;
- и/или управляющего сигнала (Q) для регулирования положения средств (22) для подачи упомянутой полоски (7) для герметичного запечатывания относительно упомянутого полотна (3) вдоль упомянутого поперечного направления (X).
16. Способ по п.15, дополнительно включающий этап генерирования сигнала (Z) останова при выходе определенной ширины продольного участка (43) полоски (7) для герметичного запечатывания за пределы упомянутого диапазона (R) в течение периода времени, большего порогового интервала времени (Т).
