Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于生产由纸制成的管状袋的管状袋机,其中,管状袋可以在没有任何附加的粘合剂或热塑性合成树脂或类似物的情况下生产,因此是完全可回收的。
背景技术

因此,可以为商品、特别是食品或类似物提供完全可回收的包装材料。此外,基于生产的优点还使得不必使用任何种类的粘合剂或涂布纸或类似物,使用粘合剂或涂布纸或类似物将不必要地使生产更加昂贵。此外,由于不使用粘合剂或类似物,因此可以确保可以非常简单和安全地执行管状袋机的清洁过程。

超声波密封站优选地是超声波摩擦焊接密封站。在这里,密封操作是借助于摩擦焊接来进行的,而不是像现有技术中通常的那样,是借助于冲击式超声波运动来进行的。在这里,通过摩擦焊接操作可以将更多的热量引入到接合区域中,这意味着可以在更短的时间内进行密封操作,并且特别是可以基本上完全去除在密封步骤之前引入的水分。

根据本发明的另一优选实施例,润湿站被设置为使得仅粗糙化的接合区域被润湿。这避免了纸片条的其它区域被润湿,这种湿润会使得当纸片条穿过管状袋机时的纸的撕裂。
优选地,超声波密封站中的表面压力在20至50MPa、特别是30至40MPa的范围内。更优选地,表面压力是可调整的,特别是根据纸厚度可调整。
超声波密封站优选地是纵向密封站。优选地,超声波密封站附加性地还包括横向密封站。在这里,为了产生纵向接缝和横向接缝,根据本发明的密封方法优选地通过在先的粗糙化和润湿以及借助于超声波的随后的摩擦焊接密封来进行。

因此,管状袋70可以由纸生产,不需要附加的胶用于密封操作,并且也不需要将热塑性涂层或类似物或热塑性膜引入到接合区域中。纸片条10的接合区域之间的连接可以仅仅通过粗糙化和润湿的接合区域的超声波接合操作来实现。

3.根据权利要求2所述的管状袋机,其中,所述超声波摩擦焊接密封站具有声极(11)和砧座(12),其中,所述接合区域在所述声极与砧座之间被引导,所述声极与砧座的运动方向是不平行的。
