Abstract
1. Композитная формованная деталь, в частности, для мебельной промышленности, состоящая из сердцевинного слоя и одного или нескольких других слоев, причем сердцевинный слой представляет собой состоящую из частиц пенопласта формованную деталь плотностью от 10 до 250 г/л, которая может быть изготовлена путем спекания предварительно вспененных частиц вспениваемых, термопластичных полимерных гранулятов, которые содержат: ! от 5 до 100 мас.% стирол/акрилонитрильного компонента (А), включающего: ! а1) от 5 до 100 мас.% (в пересчете на А) стирол/акрилонитрильного сополимера и ! а2) от 0 до 95 мас.% (в пересчете на А) α-метил-стирол/акрилонитрильного сополимера и/или тройного сополимера α-метилстирола, стирола и акрилонитрила, ! от 0 до 95 мас.% полистирола (В) и ! от 0 до 95 мас.% отличающихся от (А) и (В) термопластичных полимеров (С) ! и могут быть изготовлены из полимерного расплава, содержащего один или несколько гомогенно распределенных вспенивающих агентов, общее количество которых в пересчете на содержащий вспенивающий агент полимерный расплав составляет от 2 до 10 мас.% и которые выбраны из группы, включающей алифатические углеводороды с 2-8 атомами углерода, спирты, кетоны, простые эфиры, сложные эфиры и галогенированные углеводороды. ! 2. Композитная формованная деталь по п.1, сердцевинный слой которой обладает плотностью от 50 до 150 г/л. ! 3. Композитная формованная деталь по п.1 или 2 с плотностью от 50 до 300 г/л. ! 4. Композитная формованная деталь по п.1 или 2, причем компонент (а2) пенопласта из вспененных частиц состоит из одного из α-метилстирол/акрилонитрильных сополимеров (а21). ! 5. Claims (12)
1. Композитная формованная деталь, в частности, для мебельной промышленности, состоящая из сердцевинного слоя и одного или нескольких других слоев, причем сердцевинный слой представляет собой состоящую из частиц пенопласта формованную деталь плотностью от 10 до 250 г/л, которая может быть изготовлена путем спекания предварительно вспененных частиц вспениваемых, термопластичных полимерных гранулятов, которые содержат:
от 5 до 100 мас.% стирол/акрилонитрильного компонента (А), включающего:
а1) от 5 до 100 мас.% (в пересчете на А) стирол/акрилонитрильного сополимера и
а2) от 0 до 95 мас.% (в пересчете на А) α-метил-стирол/акрилонитрильного сополимера и/или тройного сополимера α-метилстирола, стирола и акрилонитрила,
от 0 до 95 мас.% полистирола (В) и
от 0 до 95 мас.% отличающихся от (А) и (В) термопластичных полимеров (С)
и могут быть изготовлены из полимерного расплава, содержащего один или несколько гомогенно распределенных вспенивающих агентов, общее количество которых в пересчете на содержащий вспенивающий агент полимерный расплав составляет от 2 до 10 мас.% и которые выбраны из группы, включающей алифатические углеводороды с 2-8 атомами углерода, спирты, кетоны, простые эфиры, сложные эфиры и галогенированные углеводороды.
2. Композитная формованная деталь по п.1, сердцевинный слой которой обладает плотностью от 50 до 150 г/л.
3. Композитная формованная деталь по п.1 или 2 с плотностью от 50 до 300 г/л.
4. Композитная формованная деталь по п.1 или 2, причем компонент (а2) пенопласта из вспененных частиц состоит из одного из α-метилстирол/акрилонитрильных сополимеров (а21).
5. Композитная формованная деталь по п.1 или 2, причем компонент (а2) пенопласта из вспененных частиц содержит α-метил-стирол/акрилонитрильный сополимер (а21), который может быть получен из 10-50 мас.% акрилонитрила (а211) и 50-90 мас.% α-метил-стирола (а212).
6. Композитная формованная деталь по п.1 или 2, причем компонент А пенопласта из вспененных частиц содержит:
от 20 до 100 мас.% (в пересчете на А) стирол/акрилонитрильного сополимера (а1) и
от 0 до 80 мас.% (в пересчете на А) α-метил-стирол/акрилонитрильного сополимера (а2).
7. Композитная формованная деталь по п.1 или 2, причем компонент А пенопласта из вспененных частиц содержит от 20 до 90 мас.% (в пересчете на А) стирол/акрилонитрильного сополимера (а1) и от 10 до 80 мас.% (в пересчете на А) α-метилстирол/акрилонитрильного сополимера (а2).
8. Композитная формованная деталь по п.1 или 2, причем пенопласт содержит одну или несколько добавок, выбранных из группы, включающей затравки, наполнители, пластификаторы, антипирены, неорганические и органические красители и пигменты.
9. Композитная формованная деталь по п.8, причем пенопласт содержит частицы графита.
10. Композитная формованная деталь по п.1 или 2, причем по меньшей мере одним другим слоем является алюминий, ламинат высокого давления, шпон, армированный стекловолокнами полимерный материал, синтетическая смола или поливинилхлорид.
11. Применение композитной формованной детали по одному из пп.1-10 в мебельной промышленности.
12. Способ изготовления композитной формованной детали по одному из пп.1-10, который состоит из следующих стадий:
a) полимеризация стирола при необходимости α-метилстирола и акрилонитрила с образованием сополимера стирола (А) или соответственно полистирола (В),
b) дегазация полученного полимерного расплава,
c) при необходимости смешивание с прочими полимерами компонентов (А), (В) и (С),
d) смешивание вспенивающего агента и при необходимости добавок с полимерным расплавом посредством статических или динамических смесителей при температуре, составляющей по меньшей мере 150°С, предпочтительно от 180 до 260°С,
e) охлаждение содержащего вспенивающий агент полимерного расплава до температуры, составляющей по меньшей мере 120°С, предпочтительно от 150 до 200°С,
f) выгрузка полимерного расплава через решетку экструдера с отверстиями, диаметр которых на выходе из решетки не превышает 1,5 мм,
g) гранулирование содержащего вспенивающий агент расплава,
h) вспенивание и спекание полученных гранулятов с образованием формованной детали, и
i) облицовка формованной детали по меньшей мере одним другим слоем.
