Abstract
1. Система (14) обработки выхлопа для источника (10) горения содержит: ! катализатор (38), приспособленный для снижения значения порога сгорания компонента выхлопа; ! форсунку (42), работающую с целью избирательного пропуска катализатора к компоненту выхлопа; и ! управляющее устройство (44), взаимодействующее с форсункой и выполненное так, чтобы: ! определять температуру потока выхлопных газов; и ! управлять форсункой с целью пропуска катализатора, если значение порога сгорания превышает определенную температуру. ! 2. Система обработки выхлопа по п.1, дополнительно содержащая датчик (46), сообщающийся с потоком выхлопных газов и взаимодействующий с управляющим устройством, указанный датчик выполнен так, чтобы генерировать сигнал, показывающий температуру выхлопа. ! 3. Система обработки выхлопа по п.2, дополнительно содержащая устройство (36) сбора, предназначенное для сбора компонента выхлопа, при этом датчик расположен ниже по направлению потока относительно устройства сбора. ! 4. Энергетическая установка, содержащая: ! топливо; !воздух; ! двигатель (10) внутреннего сгорания, предназначенный для приема и сжигания топлива и воздуха, в результате чего образуется поток выхлопных газов, содержащий твердые частицы; и ! систему обработки выхлопа по любому из пп.1-3, предназначенную для обработки потока выхлопных газов из двигателя внутреннего сгорания. ! 5. Способ обработки выхлопа, включающий в себя следующее: ! собирают компонент выхлопа; ! определяют температуру собранного компонента; и ! смешивают катализатор с компонентом с целью снижения порога сгорания собранного компонента в случае, когда определенная температура мень�
Claims (10)
1. Система (14) обработки выхлопа для источника (10) горения содержит:
катализатор (38), приспособленный для снижения значения порога сгорания компонента выхлопа;
форсунку (42), работающую с целью избирательного пропуска катализатора к компоненту выхлопа; и
управляющее устройство (44), взаимодействующее с форсункой и выполненное так, чтобы:
определять температуру потока выхлопных газов; и
управлять форсункой с целью пропуска катализатора, если значение порога сгорания превышает определенную температуру.
2. Система обработки выхлопа по п.1, дополнительно содержащая датчик (46), сообщающийся с потоком выхлопных газов и взаимодействующий с управляющим устройством, указанный датчик выполнен так, чтобы генерировать сигнал, показывающий температуру выхлопа.
3. Система обработки выхлопа по п.2, дополнительно содержащая устройство (36) сбора, предназначенное для сбора компонента выхлопа, при этом датчик расположен ниже по направлению потока относительно устройства сбора.
4. Энергетическая установка, содержащая:
топливо;
воздух;
двигатель (10) внутреннего сгорания, предназначенный для приема и сжигания топлива и воздуха, в результате чего образуется поток выхлопных газов, содержащий твердые частицы; и
систему обработки выхлопа по любому из пп.1-3, предназначенную для обработки потока выхлопных газов из двигателя внутреннего сгорания.
5. Способ обработки выхлопа, включающий в себя следующее:
собирают компонент выхлопа;
определяют температуру собранного компонента; и
смешивают катализатор с компонентом с целью снижения порога сгорания собранного компонента в случае, когда определенная температура меньше порога сгорания.
6. Способ по п.5, в котором определение температуры включает в себя ее измерение.
7. Способ по п.6, в котором измерение включает в себя измерение в точке, расположенной ниже по направлению потока от места сбора компонента.
8. Способ по п.5, в котором определение температуры включает в себя оценку температуры на основе известных условий эксплуатации источника выхлопа.
9. Способ по п.5, в котором смешивание включает в себя смешивание катализатора с топливом.
10. Способ по п.5, в котором смешивание включает в себя смешивание катализатора непосредственно с выхлопом.
