Abstract
1. Claims (21)
1. Соединение формулы I:
в которой:
каждый R1 и R2 независимо выбран из группы, состоящей из водорода, галогена, алкила, циклоалкила, алкоксигруппы, оксоалкила, алкенила, гетероциклила, гетероарила, арила и арилалкила;
R3 выбран из группы, состоящей из водорода, гидроксильной группы, алкила, циклоалкила, алкоксигруппы, оксоалкила, алкенила, гетероциклила, гетероарила, циклоалкила, арила, арилалкила и -С(О)СR6=СН2;
каждый R4 и R5 выбран из группы, состоящей из водорода, арила, гетероциклила, гетероарила и арилалкила, при условии, что, по меньшей мере, один из R4 и R5 является водородом;
R6 выбран из группы, состоящей из водорода или метила;
при условии, что, по меньшей мере, один из R1 и R2 выбран из группы, состоящей из гетероциклила, гетероарила, арила и арилалкила.
2. Соединение формулы II:
в которой

8. Применение соединения по любому из пп.1-7 в изготовлении лекарственного средства для лечения микробной инфекции у субъекта.
9. Применение по п.8, в котором инфекция является бактериальной инфекцией.
10. Применение по п.8, в котором инфекция характеризуется образованием биопленки.
11. Способ ингибирования микробного загрязнения поверхности, заключающийся в нанесении соединения по любому из пп.1-7 на эту поверхность.
12. Состав, содержащий соединение по любому из пп.1-7 и носитель.
13. Соединение по п.1 в котором R3 является -C(O)CR6=CH2.
14. Соединение по п.2, в котором, по меньшей мере, один из R3 и R7 выбран из -C(O)CR6=CH2.
15. Соединение по п.14, в котором каждый R3 и R7 выбран из -C(O)CR6=CH2.
16. Соединение по любому из пп.13-15, предназначенное для образования олигомера или полимера.
17. Соединение по п.16, где олигомер или полимер образован полимеризацией концевой винильной группы этого соединения.
18. Полимер или олигомер, образованный олигомеризацией или полимеризацией соединения по любому из пп.13-15 непосредственно или с одним или более других мономеров.
19. Соединение по любому из пп.13-15, где концевая винильная группа соединения реагирует с функциональной группой.
20. Соединение по любому из пп.13-15, связанное с поверхностью.
21. Соединение по п.20, где соединение присоединено к этой поверхности посредством реакции концевой винильной группы этого соединения с функциональной группой.
