Abstract

The present invention aims to provide an activated energy radiation curable resin composition, a process for preparing thereof and a coating composition using the same, which is useful to form a coating layer having an excellent antifouling property as well as excellent hardness of coating, anti-abrade property, solvent resistance and adhesion. An activated energy radiation curable resin composition comprising a polyisocyanate derivative [A] containing polysiloxane, which is obtained by reacting a polysiloxane compound shown by the following formula (1) having a hydroxyl group at one end (a1), a polyisocyanate compound and a meth(acrylate) compound containing a hydroxyl group, and a compound [B] having at least one ethylene unsaturated group in one molecular, a process for preparing thereof and a coating agent composition using the same, wherein R1 is an alkyl group, R2 is an alkyl group, a cycloalkyl group or a phenyl group, individually and R3 is a hydrocarbon group or an organic group containing an oxygen atom, a is an integer of at least 1 and b is an integer of 1 to 3.
