Abstract
1. Многослойная композиционная труба, включающая ! бесшовную медную трубу (1), внешняя поверхность которой покрыта оксидным слоем (2) толщиной от 0,1 до 1 мкм; ! по меньшей мере один промежуточный связующий слой (3) на указанном оксидном слое (2), состоящий в основном из линейного полиэтилена низкой плотности (ЛПЭНП) и содержащий от 1 до 2 мас.% добавки деактиватора металла, и ! по меньшей мере один внешний полимерный слой (4) на указанном промежуточном связующем слое (3), состоящий в основном из высокомолекулярного полимерного материала и 2-4 мас.% добавки ингибитора горения. ! 2. Многослойная композиционная труба по п.1, где шероховатость поверхности Ra указанного оксидного слоя (2) составляет от 200 до 900 нм. ! 3. Многослойная композиционная труба по п.1, где указанный оксидный слой (2) получен ! а) окислением бесшовной медной трубы (1), внутренний диаметр которой менее 26 мм, в атмосфере азота и воздуха при температуре от 550 до 700°С, или ! б) окислением бесшовной медной трубы (1), внутренний диаметр которой более 26 мм, в атмосфере воздуха при температуре от 150 до 250°С в газопламенном устройстве, включающем множество горелок по периметру указанной трубы. ! 4. Многослойная композиционная труба по п.1, где толщина указанного промежуточного связующего слоя (3) составляет от 0,05 до 0,15 мм. ! 5. Многослойная композиционная труба по п.1, где указанный деактиватор металла представляет собой фенольный оксидант. ! 6. Многослойная композиционная труба по п.1, где указанный ингибитор горения представляет собой производное триазина. ! 7. Многослойная композиционная труба по п.1, где толщина указанного внешнего полимерного слоя (4) составляет от 1,5 до 5,1 мм. ! 8. Многослойн
Claims (10)
1. Многослойная композиционная труба, включающая
бесшовную медную трубу (1), внешняя поверхность которой покрыта оксидным слоем (2) толщиной от 0,1 до 1 мкм;
по меньшей мере один промежуточный связующий слой (3) на указанном оксидном слое (2), состоящий в основном из линейного полиэтилена низкой плотности (ЛПЭНП) и содержащий от 1 до 2 мас.% добавки деактиватора металла, и
по меньшей мере один внешний полимерный слой (4) на указанном промежуточном связующем слое (3), состоящий в основном из высокомолекулярного полимерного материала и 2-4 мас.% добавки ингибитора горения.
2. Многослойная композиционная труба по п.1, где шероховатость поверхности Ra указанного оксидного слоя (2) составляет от 200 до 900 нм.
3. Многослойная композиционная труба по п.1, где указанный оксидный слой (2) получен
а) окислением бесшовной медной трубы (1), внутренний диаметр которой менее 26 мм, в атмосфере азота и воздуха при температуре от 550 до 700°С, или
б) окислением бесшовной медной трубы (1), внутренний диаметр которой более 26 мм, в атмосфере воздуха при температуре от 150 до 250°С в газопламенном устройстве, включающем множество горелок по периметру указанной трубы.
4. Многослойная композиционная труба по п.1, где толщина указанного промежуточного связующего слоя (3) составляет от 0,05 до 0,15 мм.
5. Многослойная композиционная труба по п.1, где указанный деактиватор металла представляет собой фенольный оксидант.
6. Многослойная композиционная труба по п.1, где указанный ингибитор горения представляет собой производное триазина.
7. Многослойная композиционная труба по п.1, где толщина указанного внешнего полимерного слоя (4) составляет от 1,5 до 5,1 мм.
8. Многослойная композиционная труба по п.1, где для увеличения теплопроводности указанного внешнего полимерного слоя (4) по меньшей мере до 90 Вт/мК в указанный внешний полимерный слой (4) добавлены оксиды меди.
9. Многослойная композиционная труба по любому из пп.1-8, где на внешней поверхности указанного внешнего полимерного слоя (4) нанесено рифление
а) специально сконструированными экструзионными головками, или
б) рифлеными роликами после проведения экструзии.
10. Способ изготовления многослойной композиционной трубы, включающий стадии
очистки указанной бесшовной медной трубы (1) окисляющим веществом;
окисления внешней поверхности указанной бесшовной медной трубы (1)
а) в атмосфере азота и воздуха при температуре от 550 до 700°С, если внутренний диаметр указанной трубы менее 26 мм, или б) в атмосфере воздуха при температуре от 150 до 250°С в газопламенном устройстве, включающем множество горелок по периметру указанной трубы, если внутренний диаметр указанной трубы более 26 мм;
экструзии указанного промежуточного связующего слоя (3) на указанную бесшовную медную трубу (1) при температуре от 200 до 230°С, и
экструзии указанного внешнего полимерного слоя (4) на указанный промежуточный связующий слой (3) при температуре от 210 до 250°С.
