Abstract

Η εφεύρεση, αναφέρεται σε χαλκοσωλήνες άνευ ραφήςμε περίβλημα μίγματος πλαστικής ύλης ισχυρά προσκολλημένης στον χαλκοσωλήνα μέσω ειδικής συγκολλητικής ουσίας, έτσι ώστε να επιτυγχάνεται ένα σύνθετος κυκλικός σωλήν που εμφανίζει συνδυασμένα χαρακτηριστικά έχοντας το πλεονεκτήματα των μερών που τοναπαρτίζουν. Η βελτίωση των ιδιοτήτων επιτυγχάνεται με την ισχυρή προσκόλληση του περιβλήματος από μείγμα πλαστικής ύλης (PE-HD-MD-LD-LLD, PE-X (a,b & c) PE-RT, PP-RC, LSF πολυοελεφινικής βάσεως, PET, EVA, PVC, ή PE στον χαλκοσωλήνα, με την παρεμβολή μεταξύ αυτών ειδικού μείγματος συγκολλητικής ουσίας. Το σύνθετο προϊόν που αποτελεί την εφεύρεση έχει υψηλή αντοχή σε πίεση δείχνοντας εξαιρετική συμπεριφορά στην δοκιμή παρατεταμένης (μακροχρόνιας) πίεσης, μεγάλη διάρκεια ζωής, μικρό συντελεστή διαστολής, είναι αποδεκτό προϊόν για χρήση σε πόσιμο νερό συμμορφούμενο στις απαιτήσεις του "NSF standard 61", είναι αρκετά εύκαμπτο και παράλληλα στιβαρό αντέχοντας σε εξωτερικές πιέσεις - καταπονήσεις και τέλος έχει μικρή εσωτερική τραχύτητα, που συνεπάγεται μικρές απώλειες πίεσης σε δίκτυα κυκλοφορίας νερού. Ο χαλκοσωλήνας που είναι ο κύριος φορέας μηχναικών ιδιοτήτων προσδίδει μεταξύ των άλλων"μνήμη" κατά την φάση εγκατάστασης (εύκολη και παραμένουσα κάμψη χωρίς καταβολή έντονης μυϊκής προσπάθειας). Επί πρόσθετα ο σωλήν αποκτά αντοχή έναντι θερμικών εναλλαγών καθώς και θερμικού "πλήγματος" σε εγκαταστάσεις θέρμανσης. Ο παραγόμενος με αυτόν τον τρόπο σύνθετος σωλήνας ενδείκνυται για τηνχρησιμοποίησή του σε δίκτυα υγιεινής και θέρμανης και ενδεχομένων ψύξης (συστήματα δροσισμού). Είναι ιδιαίτερα κατάλληλος για συστήματα ενδοδαπέδιας θέρμανης υψηλής απόδοσης.
