Claims (7)

1. Экструдер для обработки материала, содержащий цилиндр экструдера, заключающий в себе канал цилиндра и, по меньшей мере, один шнек экструдера, установленный внутри упомянутого канала цилиндра, причем канал цилиндра содержит расположенную вверх по потоку впускную часть для подачи материала для обработки, и расположенную вниз по потоку выпускную часть, соединяемую с выходом экструдера для переработанного в экструдере материала, характеризующийся тем, что, по меньшей мере, один шнек экструдера имеет отношение длины к диаметру менее чем 20:1, тем, что экструдер, кроме того, содержит, по меньшей мере, один циркуляционный канал, проходящий в цилиндре от выпускной части канала цилиндра и, по меньшей мере, два циркуляционных выхода, которые соединяют циркуляционный канал с каналом цилиндра, расположенным рядом вверх по потоку до выпускной части, и тем, что он, кроме того, содержит устройство для направления материала, по меньшей мере, в один циркуляционный канал и циркуляционные выходы и/или выход экструдера.
2. Экструдер по п.1, в котором упомянутое отношение длины к диаметру является менее чем 15:1.
3. Экструдер по п.1 или 2, содержащий, по меньшей мере, один циркуляционный канал, у которого есть, по меньшей мере, два циркуляционных выхода.
4. Экструдер по п.1 или 2, содержащий, по меньшей мере, два циркуляционных канала, содержащих каждый, по меньшей мере, один циркуляционный выход, в котором, по меньшей мере, два циркуляционных канала отличаются, по меньшей мере, по их объему, и/или по площади их поперечного сечения, и/или по их длине.
5. Экструдер по п.1 или 2, содержащий два вращающихся в одном направлении шнека экструдера.
6. Экструдер по п.3, содержащий два вращающихся в одном направлении шнека экструдера.
7. Экструдер по п.4, содержащий два вращающихся в одном направлении шнека экструдера.
