Claims (8)

1. Способ получения формованного изделия из пенополиуретана, включающий смешивание полиизоцианата, полиольной смеси, содержащей полиол, катализатор и сшивающий агент, и вспенивателя, причем согласно этому способу постоянно подают инжекцией полиизоцианат, полиольную смесь и вспениватель в пресс-форму формовочной машины, в которой предусмотрена подача по-отдельности полиизоцианата, полиольной смеси и вспенивателя, и начало подачи вспенивателя осуществляют с задержкой после начала введения полиизоцианата и полиольной смеси.
2. Способ по п.1, в котором подаваемое количество полиизоцианата и полиольной смеси до начала введения вспенивателя составляет, по меньшей мере, 10 мас.%, в расчете на общее количество полиизоцианата и общее количество полиольной смеси, соответственно.
3. Способ по п.1, в котором временной интервал от начала введения полиизоцианата и полиольной смеси до начала введения вспенивателя составляет, по меньшей мере, 0,1 с.
4. Способ по п.1, в котором полиизоцианат и полиольную смесь вводят непрерывно после завершения введения вспенивателя.
5. Способ по п.4, в котором подаваемое количество полиизоцианата и полиольной смеси после завершения введения вспенивателя составляет, по меньшей мере, 1,0 мас.%, в расчете на общее количество полиизоцианата и общее количество полиольной смеси, соответственно.
6. Способ по п.1, в котором в качестве вспенивателя используют, по меньшей мере, одно средство, выбираемое из группы, состоящей из диоксида углерода, углеводорода, фторированного углеводорода и воды.
7. Способ по п.6, в котором вспениватель также содержит полиол.
8. Формованное изделие из пенополиуретана, полученное способом по п.1, имеющее как часть с высокой плотностью, так и часть с низкой плотностью, в котором часть с высокой плотностью имеет плотность, по меньшей мере, 0,8 г/см3 и покрывает, по меньшей мере, 50% общей поверхности формованного изделия.
