Abstract

La presente invencion proporciona un procedimiento para producir un articulo moldeado de espuma de poliuretano a partir de un compuesto de poliisocianato, una mezcla de poliol que contiene poliol, un catalizador y un agente de reticulacion, y un agente de soplado, comprendiendo dicho procedimiento inyectar continuamente el compuesto de poliisocianato, la mezcla de poliol y el agente de soplado dentro de un molde, usando una maquina moldeadora capaz de suministrar por separado el compuesto de poliisocianato, la mezcla de poliol y el agente de soplado, mientras que el cronometraje del comienzo de la inyeccion del agente de soplado se retrasa despues del comienzo de la inyeccion del compuesto de poliisocianato y la mezcla de poliol. El procedimiento inventivo produce, en una fase unica, un articulo moldeado de espuma de poliuretano que tiene la piel o parte de densidad alta formada selectivamente sobre partes del articulo moldeado que las requieren realmente, donde pueden variarse libremente las proporciones de la piel y la parte de densidad alta y el nucleo hecho espuma.
