Claims (9)
1. Пневматический демпфер для механического демпфирования движения частей устройства с пневматической камерой (2, 30) с подвижной стенкой и дроссельным отверстием в стенке пневматической камеры (2, 30) для дросселирования движения газа, возникающего вследствие движения частей устройства в, по меньшей мере, одном подлежащем демпфированию направлении движения, отличающийся наличием клапанного устройства (6) с подвешенной посредством упругой эластомерной подвески (12) клапанной деталью (11), которая ограничивает дроссельное отверстие и при возрастающем давлении увеличивает дроссельное отверстие между сторонами клапанного устройства (6) вследствие упругого растяжения эластомерной подвески (12), причем клапанная деталь (11) выполнена за одно целое с упругой эластомерной подвеской (12).
2. Демпфер по п.1, отличающийся тем, что рассчитан для работы с окружающим воздухом.
3. Демпфер по п.1, отличающийся тем, что эластомер подвески (12) выбран из группы: термопластичные эластомеры, термопластичные эластомерные комбинированные материалы, каучук, силиконы и термопластичные уретаны.
4. Демпфер по п.1, отличающийся тем, что клапанная деталь (11) с упругой подвеской (12) и удерживающее устройство, охватывающее в замкнутой форме клапанную деталь (11) и подвеску (12), выполнены за одно целое.
5. Демпфер по п.4, отличающийся тем, что выполненная за одно целое часть удерживается в качестве упругой пробки в демпфере за счет зажимания.
6. Демпфер по п.1, отличающийся тем, что выполнен в виде линейного демпфера, а его подвижная стенка образована поршнем (3) цилиндра.
7. Демпфер по п.6, отличающийся тем, что клапанное устройство (6) предусмотрено в противолежащей поршню (3) цилиндра стенке (14).
8. Демпфер по п.1, отличающийся тем, что эластомерная деталь (8) представляет собой деталь, полученную литьем под давлением или литьем в вакууме.
9. Демпфер по любому из пп.1-8, отличающийся тем, что рассчитан на демпфирование движения дверей или дверных створок мебели, домов, комнат, автомобилей или выдвижных ящиков.
