Claims (10)
1. Фильтрующий элемент, который содержит нетканый фильтрующий холст, который имеет ряды складок и который содержит термопластические волокна, причем большинство волокон ориентировано под углом 90°±20° относительно направления рядов.
2. Фильтрующий элемент по п.1, в котором от примерно 70 до примерно 85% волокон ориентировано под углом 90°±20° относительно направления рядов.
3. Фильтрующий элемент по п.1, в котором волокна, имеющие длину примерно 2-5 см, можно выдернуть из холста, и при этом волокна имеют средний эффективный диаметр от примерно 8 до примерно 25 мкм.
4. Фильтрующий элемент по п.1, в котором отношение прочности холста на разрыв в плоскости холста в направлении, перпендикулярном направлению рядов, к прочности холста на разрыв в направлении рядов при испытании на образце длиной 50 мм равно по меньшей мере 4:1, и при этом отношение жесткости холста по Таберу в плоскости холста в направлении, перпендикулярном направлению рядов, к жесткости холста по Таберу в направлении рядов равно по меньшей мере 2:1.
5. Фильтрующий элемент по п.1, в котором на значительных поверхностях холста проявляются полосы, соответствующие преимущественной ориентации отдельных волокон в направлении, перпендикулярном направлению рядов, и при этом смачивающая жидкость, нанесенная на холст, распространяется преимущественно перпендикулярно направлению рядов.
6. Фильтрующий элемент по п.1, в котором холст имеет приданный ему электрический заряд.
7. Способ изготовления гофрированного фильтрующего элемента, заключающийся в том, что:
образуют ряды складок на нетканом фильтрующем холсте, который содержит термопластические волокна, большинство которых ориентировано под углом 90°±20° относительно направления рядов;
и вырезают гофрированный фильтрующий элемент требуемого размера и формы.
8. Способ по п.7, в котором средний эффективный диаметр волокон составляет от примерно 8 до примерно 25 мкм.
9. Способ по п.7, в котором холст имеет коэффициент QF качества фильтрации, равный по меньшей мере 0,6 при использовании частиц диоктилфталата в концентрации 10-4, имеющих диапазон размеров между 10 и 700 нм, движущихся со скоростью набегающего потока 7 см/с.
10. Способ по п.8, в котором холст обрабатывается коронным разрядом и подвергается гидрозарядке для придания ему электрического заряда.
