Claims (17)

1. Способ изготовления ленточной структуры, включающий следующие операции: изпользование полос, состоящих из смолы, обволакивающей матрицу из волокон; укладку полос, ориентированных в направлении ПМ, на поверхность сердечника; укладку полос, ориентированных в направлении ВМ, поверх полос, ориентированных в направлении ПМ; воздействие повышенной температуры и давления на сердечник с обмоткой из полос, ориентированных как в направлении ПМ, так и в направлении ВМ, для расплавления смолы, которая при этом обволакивает матрицу из волокон; и отверждение полученной указанным способом ленточной структуры, шлифовку поверхности ленточной структуры до нужной толщины.
2. Способ по п.1, в котором смола представляет собой термопластическую смолу, которая подвергается термической усадке при обработке ленточной структуры.
3. Способ по п.1, далее включающий операцию выполнения желобков или глухих сверленых отверстий на поверхности ленточной структуры.
4. Способ по п.1, в котором давление обеспечивают за счет обертывания усаживающейся пленки вокруг сердечника с обмоткой из полос, ориентированных в направлении ПМ и в направлении ВМ.
5. Способ по п.1, в котором смола представляет собой термопластическую эластомерную смолу, содержащую активируемые под действием излучения сшивающие агенты.
6. Способ по п.1, в котором для термической усадки смолы применяют энергию излучения.
7. Способ по п.1, далее включающий операцию охлаждения матрицы из волокон и обволакивающей ее смолы с целью отверждения смолы после операции нагревания.
8. Способ по п.1, в котором некоторые или все полосы содержат каучук (резину).
9. Способ по п.1, далее включающий операцию устранения дефектов на ленточной структуре.
10. Способ по п.1, в котором волокнистая матрица обеспечивает армирование структуры и включает один из следующих материалов: непрерывные волокнистые нити, тканые полосы и трикотажные полосы, снабженные непрерывными армирующими нитями.
11. Способ по п.1, в котором указанные полосы, укладываемые в направлении ВМ, укладывают спирально.
12. Способ по п.1, в котором порядок укладывания слоев ПМ и ВМ является обратным.
13. Способ по п.1, в котором по меньшей мере один слой смолы наносят на поверхность сердечника перед укладкой слоев, расположенных в направлениях ПМ и ВМ.
14. Способ по п.1, в котором по меньшей мере один слой смолы наносят поверх слоев, уложенных в направлениях ПМ и ВМ.
15. Способ по п.1, в котором по меньшей мере один слой смолы наносят между слоями, уложенными в направлениях ПМ и ВМ, но не отверждают его полностью.
16. Способ по п.1, в котором ленточная структура представляет собой структуру, применяемую в качестве ремня для станинного пресса (shoe press belt), применяемого для станинного каландра.
17. Ленточная структура, изготовленная способом по любому из пп.1-16.
