Claims (34)
- ベルト構造の製造方法であって、
繊維マトリックスを取り巻く樹脂製のテープを設けるステップと;
心棒の表面にCD方向のテープを適用するステップと;
前記のCD方向のテープ上にMD方向のテープを適用するステップと;
前記の樹脂を溶融し前記繊維マトリックスをカプセル化するように、前記のCD及びMD方向のテープを有する前記心棒に圧力と熱とを適用するステップと;
得たベルト構造を硬化する処理を行うステップと;
を有することを特徴とする方法。 - 前記の樹脂は、熱可塑性を有し、前記のベルト構造を処理するステップの間、熱硬化することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 所望の厚みに前記ベルト構造の表面を研磨するステップをさらに有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ベルト構造の表面上に溝又はブラインドドリルされたホールを形成するステップをさらに有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記のCD及びMD方向のテープを有する前記心棒の周囲に収縮可能フィルムをラップして圧力を適用することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記の樹脂は、放射線で活性化する架橋化合物を有する固形の熱硬化性弾性樹脂であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記の樹脂を熱硬化するように放射エネルギーを適用することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 加熱するステップの後に、前記の樹脂を硬化するように樹脂でカプセル化されたマトリックスを冷却するステップをさらに有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記のテープのいくつか又は全部は、ゴムを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ベルト構造の欠陥を修復するステップをさらに有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記繊維マトリックスは、強化性を提供し、連続した繊維フィラメント、織テープ、及び連続した強化スレッドを有するニット織テープのいずれかを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記のMD方向のテープは、螺旋様式に適用されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記のMD及びCD方向の積層順序が逆転されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの樹脂の層は、前記のMD及びCD方向のテープを適用する前に、心棒の表面に適用されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記のテープを適切に配置した後に、少なくとも1つの樹脂の層を、前記のMD及びCD方向のテープ上に適用することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの樹脂の層を、前記のMD及びCD方向のテープの間に、完全に硬化せずに、適用することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ベルト構造は、シューカレンダーに使用するシュー型のプレスベルトとして使用されるものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 繊維マトリックスを取り巻く樹脂製のテープを設けるステップと;
心棒の表面にCD方向のテープを適用するステップと;
前記のCD方向のテープ上にMD方向のテープを適用するステップと;
前記の樹脂を溶融し前記繊維マトリックスをカプセル化するように、前記のCD及びMD方向のテープを有する前記心棒に圧力と熱とを適用するステップと;
前記の樹脂をゲル化させるように、得たベルト構造を処理するステップと;
を有する様式で製造されたことを特徴とするベルト構造。 - 前記の樹脂は、熱可塑性を有し、前記のベルト構造を処理するステップの間、熱硬化することを特徴とする請求項18に記載のベルト構造。
- 所望の厚みに前記ベルト構造の表面を研磨するステップをさらに有することを特徴とする請求項18に記載のベルト構造。
- 前記ベルト構造の表面上に溝又はブラインドドリルされたホールを形成するステップをさらに有することを特徴とする請求項18に記載のベルト構造。
- 前記のCD及びMD方向のテープを有する前記心棒の周囲に収縮可能フィルムをラップして圧力を適用することを特徴とする請求項18に記載のベルト構造。
- 前記の樹脂は、放射線で活性化する架橋化合物を有する固形の熱硬化性弾性樹脂であることを特徴とする請求項18に記載のベルト構造。
- 前記の樹脂を熱硬化するように放射エネルギーを適用することを特徴とする請求項18に記載のベルト構造。
- 加熱するステップの後に、前記の樹脂を硬化するように樹脂でカプセル化されたマトリックスを冷却するステップをさらに有することを特徴とする請求項18に記載のベルト構造。
- 前記のテープのいくつか又は全部は、ゴムを有することを特徴とする請求項18に記載のベルト構造。
- 前記ベルト構造の欠陥を修復するステップをさらに有することを特徴とする請求項18に記載のベルト構造。

- 少なくとも1つの樹脂の層を、前記のMD及びCD方向のテープの間に、完全に硬化せずに、適用することを特徴とする請求項18に記載のベルト構造。
- 当該ベルト構造は、シュー型のプレスベルトであることを特徴とする請求項18に記載のベルト構造。
