Claims (15)
1. Способ нанесения покрытия на неполярную подложку, включающий стадии нанесения грунтовки, содержащей один или несколько неполярных полимеров с силановыми функциональными группами, на неполярную подложку, а затем нанесения одного или нескольких слоев пигментированного покрытия поверх слоя грунтовки.
2. Способ по п.1, в котором композиция покрытия, наносимая поверх грунтовки, представляет собой основное покрытие, а затем один или несколько слоев прозрачного покрытия наносятся поверх основного покрытия.
3. Способ по п.2, в котором основное покрытие и прозрачное покрытие наносятся посредством способа окраски по влажному слою и совместно отверждаются на следующей стадии.
4. Композиция грунтовки, содержащая смолу на основе алкилированного ароматического углеводорода и неполярный полимер, в которой полимер содержит силановые группы.
5. Композиция грунтовки по п.4, в которой полимер представляет собой полиолефин.
6. Композиция грунтовки по п.5, в которой полиолефин представляет собой полипропилен.
7. Композиция грунтовки по п.4, в которой она содержит один или несколько проводящих пигментов.
8. Композиция грунтовки по п.4, в которой она содержит катализатор конденсации силанола.
9. Композиция грунтовки по п.8, в которой катализатор конденсации силанола представляет собой органическое соединение олова.
10. Композиция грунтовки по п.9 такая, что органическое соединение олова представляет собой дилаурат дибутилолова.
11. Композиция грунтовки по п.4, в которой полимер содержит до 20 мас.% силановых функциональных групп, например, в пределах 3-10%, например, примерно 5 мас.% от полимера.
12. Неполярная подложка с покрытием по п.1.
13. Неполярная подложка по п.12, в которой подложка представляет собой полиолефиновую подложку.
14. Неполярная подложка по п.13, в которой полиолефиновая подложка представляет собой полипропиленовую подложку.
15. Неполярная подложка по п.14, в которой подложка представляет собой полипропилен, модифицированный каучуком.
