Claims (16)
1. Способ предотвращения повторного использования тест-полосок в системе для измерения уровня анализируемого вещества, включающий стадии вставки тест-полоски в измерительное устройство, выявления непрерывности электрической цепи между первой зоной электрического контакта и второй зоной электрического контакта на указанной тест-полоске и запуска последовательности измерения при наличии указанной непрерывности электрической цепи, нанесения физиологической пробы на указанную одноразовую тест-полоску, измерения величины сигнала от указанной тест-полоски, которая соответствует концентрации анализируемого вещества, и приложения напряжения между указанной первой зоной электрического контакта и указанной второй зоной электрического контакта, причем указанное напряжение является достаточным, чтобы разрушить хрупкое соединение между указанным первым электрическим контактом и указанным вторым электрическим контактом.
2. Способ по п.1, в котором указанное хрупкое соединение представляет собой зону плавкого предохранителя, размещенную между указанными первой и второй зонами электрического контакта.
3. Способ по п.2, в котором указанная зона плавкого предохранителя обладает большим сопротивлением, чем указанные первая и вторая зоны электрического контакта.
4. Способ по п.1, в котором указанное хрупкое соединение является материалом, выбранном из группы, состоящей из углерода, серебра, платины, палладия, золота, Ir, Pt, вольфрама, меди и алюминия.
5. Способ по п.2, в котором указанная зона плавкого предохранителя обладает положительным температурным коэффициентом сопротивления.
6. Система для измерения уровня анализируемого вещества по п.5, в которой указанная зона плавкого предохранителя расплавляется, когда указанное заранее установленное напряжение прикладывается между указанным первым электрическим контактом и указанным вторым электрическим контактом.
7. Способ по п.6, в котором указанное заранее установленное напряжение изменяется в пределах от приблизительно 1,5 до приблизительно 30 В.
8. Способ по п.1, в котором указанная тест-полоска дополнительно содержит встроенный ланцет.
9. Способ по п.1, в котором указанным анализируемым веществом является глюкоза.
10. Способ по п.1, в котором указанная тест-полоска дополнительно содержит рабочий электрод и электрод сравнения.
11. Способ по п. 10, в котором слой реагента расположен на, по меньшей мере, части указанного рабочего электрода.
12. Способ по п.11, в котором указанный слой реагента содержит окислительно-восстановительный медиатор и окислительно-восстановительный фермент.
13. Способ по п.11, в котором указанный слой реагента содержит кварцевый наполнитель.
14. Способ предотвращения повторного использования тест-полоски, включающий стадии предоставления тест-полоски, содержащей множество электрических контактов, камеру для пробы, приспособленную для приема пробы биологической жидкости, где указанная камера для пробы соединена с первой парой указанных электрических контактов, хрупкое соединение, присоединенное ко второй паре указанных электрических контактов, приложение заранее установленного напряжения через указанную вторую пару электродов, где указанное заранее установленное напряжение является достаточным для того, чтобы разрушить указанное хрупкое соединение.
15. Способ, по п.14, в котором указанное хрупкое соединение является плавким предохранителем.
16. Способ по п.15, в котором указанное заранее установленное напряжение находится в пределах между приблизительно 1,5 и приблизительно 30 В.
