Установка для изготовления и упаковки туб (23), состоящих из трубчатого тела (13а, b), по меньшей мере, из одной полимерной пленки и связанного одним концом торцевого элемента (21) с резьбовым горлышком и надетым колпачком (22), которые посредством ленточного транспортера подаются к позиции упаковки, где они упаковываются крупными партиями, отличающаяся тем, что пленочная лента (4) представляет собой двойную или более ленту, которая посредством одного или нескольких разделительных ножей (5) разрезается на отдельные ленты (6а, b), которые свариваются соответственно в параллельных плоскостях для получения бесконечных трубок (11а, b) и посредством устройств (12а, b) для поперечной резки нарезаются на желательную длину трубки, после чего соответственно параллельно изготовленные, нарезанные трубчатые тела (13а, b) компонуются в большую перемещаемую группу и совместно передаются на имеющий соответствующее количество оправок (19) ротационный дисковый питатель (20), посредством которого они совместно и поэтапно подаются на технологические позиции (от A до Н) для надевания торцевых элементов (21) с резьбовым горлышком и колпачком (22), после чего готовые тубы (23) подаются на выходной транспортер (24), который состоит, по меньшей мере, из двух расположенных параллельно рядом друг с другом зубчатых ремней (25а и 25b) с транспортными призматическими направляющими (26а и 26b), промежуток между которыми соответствует промежутку между оправками (19) на ротационном дисковом питателе (20), и подаются к контрольным зонам для проверки туб (23), и бездефектные тубы (23) снимаются с выходного транспортера (24) с помощью поворотных всасывающих призматических направляющих (32), расположенных соответственно расстоянию между транспортными призматическими направляющими (26), и без промежутков подаются на поддон (34).
2. Установка по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что рулоны (3) со слоистой пленкой размещены перпендикулярно к изготавливаемым трубчатым телам (13а,b) и их отдельные ленты (6а,b) для образования трубчатых тел (13а,b) повернуты соответственно на 90°
3. Установка по п.1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что отдельные ленты (6а,b) имеют возможность сваривания друг над другом для получения бесконечных трубок (11а, b).
4. Установка по п.1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что отдельные ленты (6а,b) имеют возможность сваривания рядом друг с другом для получения бесконечных трубок (11а, b).
5. Установка по п.1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что негодные тубы (23') имеют возможность выведения из установки посредством выходного транспортера (24).
6. Установка по п.3, отличающаяся тем, что негодные тубы (23') имеют возможность выведения из установки посредством выходного транспортера (24).
7. Установка по п.4, отличающаяся тем, что негодные тубы (23') имеют возможность выведения из установки посредством выходного транспортера (24).
8. Установка по п.1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что выходной транспортер (24) состоит из двух размещенных с возможностью относительного сдвига по фазе зубчатых ремней (25а и 25b) с транспортными призматическими направляющими (26а и 26b).
9. Установка по п.3, отличающаяся тем, что выходной транспортер (24) состоит из двух размещенных с возможностью относительного сдвига по фазе зубчатых ремней (25а и 25b) с транспортными призматическими направляющими (26а и 26b).
10. Установка по п.4, отличающаяся тем, что выходной транспортер (24) состоит из двух размещенных с возможностью относительного сдвига по фазе зубчатых ремней (25а и 25b) с транспортными призматическими направляющими (26а и 26b).
11. Установка по п.5, отличающаяся тем, что выходной транспортер (24) состоит из двух размещенных с возможностью относительного сдвига по фазе зубчатых ремней (25а и 25b) с транспортными призматическими направляющими (26а, 26b).
12. Установка по п.6 или 7, отличающаяся тем, что выходной транспортер (24) состоит из двух размещенных с возможностью относительного сдвига по фазе зубчатых ремней (25а и 25b) с транспортными призматическими направляющими (26а и 26b).
13. Установка по п.1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что каждый поддон (34) содержит согласованную с диаметром туб вставку в виде сетки.
14. Установка по п.3, отличающаяся тем, что каждый поддон (34) содержит согласованную с диаметром туб вставку в виде сетки.
15. Установка по п.4, отличающаяся тем, что каждый поддон (34) содержит согласованную с диаметром туб вставку в виде сетки.
16. Установка по п.5, отличающаяся тем, что каждый поддон (34) содержит согласованную с диаметром туб вставку в виде сетки.
17. Установка по п.6 или 7, отличающаяся тем, что каждый поддон (34) содержит согласованную с диаметром туб вставку в виде сетки.
18. Установка по п.8, отличающаяся тем, что каждый поддон (34) содержит согласованную с диаметром туб вставку в виде сетки.
19. Установка по одному из пп.9-11, отличающаяся тем, что каждый поддон (34) содержит согласованную с диаметром туб вставку в виде сетки.
20. Установка по п.12, отличающаяся тем, что каждый поддон (34) содержит согласованную с диаметром туб вставку в виде сетки.
21. Установка по п.1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что предусмотрено сборочное устройство (31) с множеством технологических позиций.
