Claims (9)
1. Применение флотореагента при флотации сульфидных руд, содержащего, по меньшей мере, одно соединение формулы
где R1, R2 и R3, независимо друг от друга, означают алкильные группы с 1-18 атомами углерода, алкенильные группы с 2-18 атомами углерода, арильные группы с 6-10 атомами углерода или алкиларильные группы с 7-10 атомами углерода,
R4 означает водород или алкильные группы с 1-18 атомами углерода, алкенильные группы с 2-18 атомами углерода, арильные группы с 6-10 атомами углерода или алкиларильные группы с 7-10 атомами углерода.
2. Применение по п.1, где R1, R2 и R3, независимо друг от друга, означают алкильные группы с 2-4 атомами углерода.
3. Применение по п.1 и/или 2, где диапазон значений рН составляет от 2 до 12.
4. Применение по п.1 и/или 2, где количество флотореагента составляет от 0,001 до 1,0 кг на тонну рядовой руды.
5. Применение по п.1 и/или 2 для флотации сульфидных, не содержащих железо руд, причем сульфидной рудой считается сульфид меди, никеля, цинка, свинца или молибдена.
6. Способ получения соединений формулы
где R1, R2 и R3, независимо друг от друга, означают алкильные группы с 1-18 атомами углерода, алкенильные группы с 2-18 атомами углерода, арильные группы с 6-10 атомами углерода или алкиларильные группы с 7-10 атомами углерода,
R4 означает водород или алкильные группы с 1-18 атомами углерода, алкенильные группы с 2-18 атомами углерода, арильные группы с 6-10 атомами углерода или алкиларильные группы с 7-10 атомами углерода в результате
а) реакции дитиофосфата формулы (R1O)(R2O)PS2Me, где Me означает катион, с окислителем в кислом растворе и последующей
б) реакции полученного продукта с амином формулы HNR3R4.
7. Способ по п.6, где R1, R2 и R3, независимо друг от друга, означают алкильные группы с 2-4 атомами углерода.
8. Способ по п.7, где R1, R2 означают остаток бутила, R3 означает остаток этила и R4 означает водород.
9. Способ по п.8, где R1 и R2 означают остаток изобутила.
