Способ изготовления бесшовного сжимаемого контейнера, предусматривающий получение термопластиковой заготовки, имеющей внутреннюю поверхность и внешнюю поверхность, и содержащей концевую часть и корпусную часть, причем концевая часть выполнена и приспособлена для присоединения к крышке для уплотнения корпусной части, и, возможно, для присоединения к выдачному устройству, формование раздувом корпусной части заготовки в дутьевой форме без значительного изменения концевой части с получением бесшовного контейнера, имеющего внутреннюю поверхность, внешнюю поверхность и стенку, достаточно тонкую, чтобы контейнер мог сжиматься.
2. Способ по п.1, в котором термопластиковый материал содержит по меньшей мере один ароматический полиэфир.
3. Способ по п.1, в котором термопластиковый материал содержит РЕТ (полиэтилентерефталат).
4. Способ по п.1, дополнительно предусматривающий формование термопластикового материала для получения заготовки.
5. Способ по п.4, в котором стадия формования заготовки включает литьевое формование под давлением.
6. Способ по п.5, в котором стадия формования заготовки включает по меньшей мере одно из следующего формования: LIM на литье, литье на LIM, и LIM на LIM.
7. Способ по п.6, в котором по меньшей мере одна стадия литья под давлением включает формование на заготовке слоя рециркулированного РЕТ или РЕТ вторичной переработки.
8. Способ по п.4, в котором стадия формования заготовки включает технологию формования литья на литье, содержащую первую и вторую стадии литьевого формования.
9. Способ по п.8, в котором вторая стадия литьевого формования включает литье слоя РЕТ вторичной переработки на заготовку.
10. Способ по п.4, в котором стадия формования заготовки включает формирование по меньшей мере одного желобка на внутренней поверхности заготовки, такого, что при раздуве заготовки желобок растягивается, образуя отводной канал во внутренней поверхности бесшовного сжимаемого контейнера.
11. Способ по п.1, дополнительно предусматривающий покрытие заготовки по меньшей мере одним термопластиковым материалом.
12. Способ по п.11, в котором стадия покрытия включает покрытие заготовки слоем, содержащим по меньшей мере одно из следующего: соединение фенокси-типа и сополиэфирный барьерный материал.
13. Способ по п.12, в котором соединение фенокси-типа является полигидроксиамино-эфиром.
14. Способ по п.11, в котором стадия покрытия включает по меньшей мере одно из следующего: покрытие погружением, распылением и поливом заготовки.
15. Способ по п.14, дополнительно предусматривающий отверждение покрытия при помощи инфра-красного источника.
16. Способ по п.1, дополнительно предусматривающий литье под давлением по меньшей мере одного слоя термопластика на заготовку.
17. Способ по п.16, в котором слой содержит РЕТ вторичной переработки.
18. Способ по п.1, в котором стадия формования раздувом содержит формирование по меньшей мере одного отводного канала в контейнере в функциональной связи с концом.
19. Способ по п.1, дополнительно предусматривающий помещение полученного раздувом контейнера в коробку, таким образом образуя упаковку типа "мешок в коробке".
20. Способ по п.1, дополнительно включающий нанесение покрытия из по меньшей мере одного барьерного материала на внешнюю поверхность полученного раздувом контейнера.
21. Способ по п.20, в котором стадия покрытия включает покрытие заготовки слоем, содержащим по меньшей мере один из соединений фенокси-типа и сополиэфирный барьерный материал.
22. Способ по п.21, в котором соединение фенокси-типа является полигидроамино-эфиром.
23. Способ по п.20, в котором стадия покрытия включает по меньшей мере одно покрытие заготовки из следующего: покрытие погружением, распылением и поливом.
24. Способ по п.20, дополнительно предусматривающий отверждение покрытия инфра-красным излучением.
25. Способ по п.1, дополнительно предусматривающий присоединение крышки к концу для обеспечения мешка для напитков, в котором крышка выполнена для принятия трубочки, или является непроливающим колпачком, содержащим подвижную пробку, которая уплотняет бутылку в первом, нижнем положении и позволяет потреблять напиток непосредственно из контейнера во втором, верхнем положении.
26. Бесшовный сжимаемый контейнер, содержащий формованную концевую часть, выполненную и приспособленную для уплотнения крышкой и, возможно, для присоединения к выдачному устройству или введения трубочки; и бесшовную, формованную раздувом корпусную часть, содержащую внутреннюю поверхность, внешнюю поверхность, и стенку, причем стенка является достаточно тонкой, чтобы корпусная часть могла сжиматься, при этом формованная концевая часть и по меньшей мере внутренний слой корпусной части вместе образуют бесшовную единую деталь из термопластикового материала.
27. Бесшовный сжимаемый контейнер по п.26, в котором термопластиковый материал содержит полиэфир.
28. Бесшовный сжимаемый контейнер по п.26, в котором термопластиковый материал содержит РЕТ.
29. Бесшовный сжимаемый контейнер по п.26, в котором термопластиковый материал содержит РЕТ.
30. Бесшовный сжимаемый контейнер по п.26, дополнительно содержащий по меньшей мере один слой термопластикового материала по меньшей мере на одной поверхности стенки корпусной части.
31. Бесшовный сжимаемый контейнер по п.30, в котором слой содержит по меньшей мере одно из следующего: РЕТ вторичной переработки, соединения фенокси-типа, полигидроксиамино-эфира и сополиэфирного барьерного материала.
32. Бесшовный сжимаемый контейнер по п.30, в котором указанный слой отформован раздувом.
33. Бесшовный сжимаемый контейнер по п.26, в котором контейнер является мешком для напитка.
34. Бесшовный сжимаемый контейнер по п.33, в котором мешок для напитка содержит крышку, которая выполнена так, чтобы позволить ввод трубочки, или является непроливающим колпачком.
35. Упаковка типа "мешок в коробке", содержащая бесшовный контейнер по п.26.
36. Упаковка типа "мешок в коробке", содержащая выдачную коробку и бесшовный сжимаемый контейнер, расположенный во внутреннем пространстве, образованном коробкой, причем бесшовный сжимающий контейнер содержит формованную концевую часть, выполненную и приспособленную к закрытию крышкой; и бесшовную, формованную раздувом корпусную часть, содержащую внутреннюю поверхность, внешнюю поверхность, и стенку, причем стенка достаточно тонкая, чтобы корпусная часть могла сжиматься, при этом сформованная концевая часть и по меньшей мере внутренний слой корпусной части вместе образуют бесшовную единую деталь из термопластикового материала.
37. Упаковка типа "мешок в коробке" по п.36, в которой коробка является коробкой для напитка.
