Claims (9)
1. Коррозионно- и эрозионностойкий высокохромовый азотсодержащий литейный сплав, имеющий следующий состав, мас.%:
при этом указанный сплав дополнительно содержит до 2% каждого из одного или более микролегирующих компонентов, выбранных из группы, состоящей из циркония, ванадия, церия, титана, тантала, вольфрама, ниобия, алюминия, кальция и редкоземельных элементов, при этом остатком является железо и неизбежные примеси, причем сплав имеет микроструктуру, содержащую карбиды, бориды и нитриды хрома в аустенитной основе, то есть в основе с гранецентрированной кубической кристаллической структурой, перенасыщенной азотом, находящимся в форме твердого раствора, и где аустенизация сплава определяется следующим отношением:
2. Сплав по п. 1, содержащий, мас.%:
Хром от 28 до 31
Азот от 0,25 до 0,35
Марганец от 4 до 6,0
Углерод от 0,8 до 2,5
Бор от 0,01 до 5
необязательно молибден от 2 до 6
необязательно кремний от 0,5 до 3
необязательно медь от 1 до 3
необязательно кобальт и никель от 1 до 2
железо и неизбежные примеси остальное
3. Сплав по п. 2, в котором основа содержит 0,25 мас.% азота в форме твердого раствора.
4. Сплав по п. 1, содержащий, мас.%:
Хром от 32 до 34
Азот от 0,35 до 0,45
Марганец от 6 до 9
Углерод от 0,5 до 2,5
Бор от 0,01 до 4,5
необязательно молибден от 2 до 5
необязательно кремний от 0,5 до 3
необязательно медь от 1 до 4
необязательно кобальт и никель от 2 до 4
железо и неизбежные примеси остальное
5. Сплав по п. 4, в котором основа содержит 0,35 мас.% азота в форме твердого раствора.
6. Сплав по п. 1, содержащий, мас.%:
Хром от 35 до 40
Азот от 0,4 до 0,6
Марганец от 6 до 15
Углерод от 0,8 до 1,5
Бор от 0,01 до 4
необязательно молибден от 2 до 5
необязательно кремний от 0,5 до 3
необязательно медь от 1 до 6
необязательно кобальт и никель от 4 до 12
железо и неизбежные примеси остальное
7. Сплав по п. 6, в котором основа содержит 0,4 мас.% азота в форме твердого раствора и PREN равно от 58 до 66.
8. Сплав по п. 1, содержащий, мас.%:
Хром от 41 до 48
Азот от 0,45 до 0,7
Марганец от 6 до 30
Углерод от 0,9 до 1,5
Бор от 0,01 до 3,5
необязательно молибден от 1 до 4
необязательно кремний от 0,5 до 3
необязательно медь от 1 до 8
необязательно кобальт и никель от 10 до 25
железо и неизбежные примеси остальное
9. Сплав по п. 8, в котором основа содержит 0,45 мас.% азота в форме твердого раствора и PREN равно от 51 до 72.
