Claims (25)
1. Легкая конструкция, состоящая из внешней оболочки, а также, по меньшей мере, одной нанесенной на нее и соединенной с ней посредством склеивания усиливающей структуры, отличающаяся тем, что между внешней оболочкой (2, 12, 22, 32) и каждой усиливающей структурой (3, 13, 23, 33) расположен усиленный волокнами (4, 14, 24, 34) дополнительный слой (1, 11, 21, 31), также нанесенный при помощи наклеивания.
2. Конструкция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что дополнительные слои (1, 11) усилены одномерно позиционированными волокнами (4, 14).
3. Конструкция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что дополнительные слои (21, 31) усилены волокнами (24, 34) связанными в двухмерно тканую структуру.
4. Конструкция по любому из пп. 1-3, отличающаяся тем, что волокна (4, 14, 24, 34) состоят из стекла.
5. Конструкция по любому из пп. 1-3, отличающаяся тем, что волокна (4, 14, 24, 34) состоят из углерода.
6. Конструкция по любому из пп. 1-3, отличающаяся тем, что волокна (4, 14, 24, 34) состоят из полиароматического амида.
7. Конструкция по любому из пп. 1-3, отличающаяся тем, что волокна (4, 14, 24, 34) состоят из оксида алюминия.
8. Конструкция по любому из пп. 1-3, отличающаяся тем, что волокна (4, 14, 24, 34) состоят из карбида кремния.
9. Конструкция по любому из пп. 1-3, отличающаяся тем, что волокна (4, 14, 24, 34) состоят из базальта.
10. Конструкция по любому из пп. 1-3, отличающаяся тем, что волокна (4, 14, 24, 34) состоят из алюминиевых нитей.
11. Конструкция по любому из пп. 1-3, отличающаяся тем, что волокна (4, 14, 24, 34) состоят из титановых нитей.
12. Конструкция по любому из пп. 1-3, отличающаяся тем, что волокна (4, 14, 24, 34) состоят из магниевых нитей.
13. Конструкция по любому из пп. 1-3, отличающаяся тем, что волокна (4, 14, 24, 34) имеют диаметр в интервале от около 0,001 до 0,3 мм.
14. Конструкция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что дополнительные слои (1, 11, 21, 31) имеют форму полос.
15. Конструкция по п. 14, отличающаяся тем, что ширина полос дополнительных слоев (1, 11, 21, 31) лежит в интервале от 10 до 80 мм.
16. Конструкция по п. 2 или 3, отличающаяся тем, что волокна (4, 14, 24, 34) имеют длину, по меньшей мере, около 10 мм.
17. Конструкция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что внешняя оболочка (2, 22) выполнена из монолитного листа.
18. Конструкция по п. 17, отличающаяся тем, что внешняя оболочка (2, 22) выполнена из сплава алюминия.
19. Конструкция по п. 17, отличающаяся тем, что внешняя оболочка (2, 22) выполнена из сплава магния.
20. Конструкция по п. 17, отличающаяся тем, что внешняя оболочка (2, 22) выполнена из сплава титана.
21. Конструкция по 1, отличающаяся тем, что внешняя оболочка (12, 32) выполнена из слоистого материала.
22. Способ изготовления легкой конструкции по одному из пп. 1-21, отличающийся тем, что волокна (4, 14, 24, 34) перед процессом или во время процесса склеивания связывают в матрицу из искусственного материала.
23. Способ по п. 22, отличающийся тем, что матрица из искусственного материала образована клеящим веществом.
24. Способ по п. 22 или 23, отличающийся тем, что дополнительный слой (1, 11, 21, 31) вместе с фахверковой структурой (3, 13, 23, 33) при склеивании наклеивают на внешнюю оболочку.
25. Способ по п. 24, отличающийся тем, что толщина слоя вместе с клеем после склеивания составляет от около 0,05 до 0,3 мм.
