Claims (7)
- 하나의 금속판; 및
직물 또는 부직포 형태로 상기 금속판의 한쪽 면에 배치되는 보강재와, 상기 보강재를 상기 금속판의 한쪽 면에 결합시키는 수지재로 형성된 하나의 복합재를 포함하며,
상기 보강재는,
금속 섬유와 금속 분말 중 적어도 하나를 포함함과 아울러, 나일론(nylon) 섬유, 폴리에스터(polyester) 섬유, 나일론/폴리에스터 혼합섬유, 나일론/레이온(rayon) 혼합섬유, 폴리에스터/레이온 혼합섬유, 아라미드(aramid) 섬유, 탄소 섬유, 유리 섬유 중 선택된 어느 하나의 섬유 혹은 혼용된 섬유를 포함하고, 페놀수지가 함침되어 결속력이 보강되며,
상기 수지재는,
기본 수지(resin)와, 경화제와, 충전제와, 희석제, 및 첨가제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다중결합소재. - 삭제
- 하나의 금속판; 및
상기 금속판의 양쪽 면에 하나씩 결합되는 2개의 복합재들을 포함하며,
상기 각각의 복합재는 직물 또는 부직포 형태로 상기 금속판의 어느 한쪽에 배치되는 보강재와, 상기 보강재를 상기 금속판에 결합시키는 수지재로 형성되며,
상기 보강재는,
금속 섬유와 금속 분말 중 적어도 하나를 포함함과 아울러, 나일론(nylon) 섬유, 폴리에스터(polyester) 섬유, 나일론/폴리에스터 혼합섬유, 나일론/레이온(rayon) 혼합섬유, 폴리에스터/레이온 혼합섬유, 아라미드(aramid) 섬유, 탄소 섬유, 유리 섬유 중 선택된 어느 하나의 섬유 혹은 혼용된 섬유를 포함하고, 페놀수지가 함침되어 결속력이 보강되며,
상기 수지재는,
기본 수지(resin)와, 경화제와, 충전제와, 희석제, 및 첨가제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다중결합소재. - 삭제
