Claims (31)

1. Материал, содержащий цеолит и пористый неорганический оксид, который включает, по меньшей мере, 97 об.% мезопор в расчете на микропоры и мезопоры неорганического оксида.
2. Материал по п.1, где цеолит представляет собой микропористый цеолит.
3. Материал по п.2, где микропористый цеолит выбран из группы, состоящей из бета-цеолита, цеолита Y и ZSM-5.
4. Материал по п.1, где пористый неорганический оксид содержит, по меньшей мере, 98 об.% мезопор.
5. Материал по п.1, где мезопоры имеют размер в диапазоне от около 2 нм до около 25 нм.
6. Материал по п.1, где пористый неорганический оксид представляет собой диоксид кремния.
7. Материал по п.1, где пористый неорганический оксид представляет собой оксид алюминия.
8. Материал по п.1, включающий атомы металла, выбранного из группы, состоящей из алюминия, титана, ванадия, циркония, галлия, марганца, цинка, хрома, молибдена, никеля, кобальта и железа.
9. Материал по п.1, где массовое процентное содержание цеолита в составе находится в диапазоне от около 5% до около 90%.
10. Материал по п.1, где массовое процентное содержание цеолита в составе находится в диапазоне от около 20% до около 80%.
11. Способ получения каталитического материала, включающий стадии:
a) объединения цеолита с водой, неорганическим оксидом или предшественником неорганического оксида и, по меньшей мере, одним образующим мезопоры органическим соединением, которое связывается с неорганическим оксидом или предшественником неорганического оксида за счет образования водородной связи с образованием смеси;
b) сушки смеси;
c) нагревания высушенной смеси до температуры и в течение периода времени, достаточных для образования мезопористой структуры оксида.
12. Способ по п.11, где образующее мезопоры органическое соединение выбрано из группы, состоящей из глицерина, диэтиленгликоля, триэтиленгликоля, тетраэтиленгликоля, пропиленгликоля, триэтаноламина, сульфолана, тетраэтиленпентамина и дибензоата диэтиленгликоля.
13. Способ по п.11, где образующее мезопоры органическое соединение имеет температуру кипения, по меньшей мере, около 150°С.
14. Способ по п.11, где неорганический оксид образован взаимодействием предшественника неорганического оксида с водой.
15. Способ по п.14, где предшественник неорганического оксида выбран из группы, состоящей из тетраэтилортосиликата и изопропоксида алюминия.
16. Способ по п.11, где смесь поддерживают при рН выше 7,0.
17. Способ по п.11, где соединение добавляют к смеси по каплям при перемешивании, и где смесь образует гель.

25. Способ по п.11, дополнительно включающий стадии смешивания связующего с каталитическим материалом и формования каталитического материала для придания заданной формы.
26. Способ обработки углеводородного сырья, включающий контактирование исходного сырья, содержащего, по меньшей мере, один углеводородный компонент, с каталитически эффективным количеством катализатора, который включает цеолит в пористом неорганическом оксиде, имеющем, по меньшей мере, 97 об.% мезопор в расчете на микропоры и мезопоры пористого неорганического оксида, при условиях реакции, достаточных для осуществления конверсии указанного углеводородного компонента.
27. Способ по п.26, где конверсию углеводородного компонента осуществляют посредством реакций гидрокрекинга, реакций гидроизомеризации, реакций депарафинизации или реакцией алкилирования.
28. Способ по п.26, где исходное сырье включает ароматическое соединение и олефин, и условия реакции являются достаточными для осуществления алкилирования ароматического соединения олефином.
29. Способ по п.28, где условия реакции включают температуру от около 90°С до около 250°С, давление от около 10 фунтов/дюйм2 до около 500 фунтов/дюйм2 и скорость подачи сырья от около 1 WHSV до около 20 WHSV.
30. Способ по п.26, где цеолит представляет собой микропористый цеолит.
31. Способ по п.30, где микропористый цеолит является бета-цеолитом.
