Claims (12)
1. Способ сварки изделия из суперсплава на основе никеля и/или кобальта, заключающийся в том, что предварительно нагревают всю зону сварного шва и область, примыкающую к зоне сварного шва изделия, до температуры максимальной пластичности, которая выше температуры старения и ниже начальной температуры плавления для упомянутого суперсплава, и поддерживают такую температуру во время сварки и твердения сварного шва, увеличивают температуру сварного изделия до температуры снятия механических напряжений, и охлаждают сварное изделие до температуры ниже диапазона дисперсного твердения первичной гамма-фазы, со скоростью, эффективной для уменьшения выделения первичной гамма-фазы.
2. Способ по п.1, в котором изделие из суперсплава выбрано из группы, состоящей из дисперсионно-твердеющего суперсплава со структурой первичной гамма-фазы, содержащего титан и алюминий в совокупном количестве, по меньшей мере, 5%.
3. Способ по п.2, при котором изделие охлаждают со скоростью, по меньшей мере, 100°F в мин.
4. Способ по п.3, при котором диапазон температур максимальной пластичности находится в диапазоне от 1400 до 2100°F.
5. Способ по п.4, при котором проводят сварку с порошкообразным сплавом, который представляет собой дисперсионно-твердеющий суперсплав со структурой первичной гамма-фазы, содержащий титан и алюминий в совокупном количестве, по меньшей мере, 5%.
6. Способ по п.5, при котором изделие из суперсплава и порошкообразный сплав содержат, преимущественно, один и тот же сплав.
7. Способ по п.6, при котором изделие из суперсплава является составной частью газотурбинного двигателя.
8. Способ по п.7, при котором изделие является лопаткой турбины, крыльчаткой турбины или ротором турбины.
9. Способ по п.8, дополнительно включающий в себя дополнительную машинную обработку сварного изделия.
10. Способ по п.5, при котором изделие охлаждают со скоростью, по меньшей мере, 116°F в мин.
11. Способ по п.10, при котором суперсплавом является In 738 LC, а диапазон температур максимальной пластичности составляет от 1800 до 1900°F.
12. Способ по п.10, при котором суперсплавом является R’80, а диапазон температур максимальной пластичности составляет от 1925 до 2100°F.
