Claims (10)

1. Способ определения концентрации, исследуемого вещества в физиологической пробе с учетом поправки на гематокритное число, заключающийся в том, что (а) вводят упомянутую физиологическую пробу в электрохимическую ячейку, содержащую (i) отстоящие друг от друга рабочий электрод и электрод сравнения и (ii) систему окислительно-восстановительных реактивов, содержащую фермент и медиатор, (б) прикладывают первый электрический потенциал, имеющий первую полярность, к упомянутой реакционной ячейке и измеряют ток в ячейке как функцию времени для получения первой времятоковой переходной характеристики, и (в) прикладывают второй электрический потенциал, имеющий вторую полярность, к упомянутой ячейке, причем вторая полярность противоположна упомянутой первой полярности, и измеряют ток в ячейке как функцию времени для получения второй времятоковой переходной характеристики, и (г) получают предварительную концентрацию исследуемого вещества на основании упомянутых первой и второй времятоковых переходных характеристик, и (д) умножают упомянутую предварительную концентрацию исследуемого вещества за вычетом значения фона на коэффициент поправки на гематокритное число для получения упомянутой концентрации, упомянутого исследуемого вещества в упомянутой пробе с учетом поправки на гематокритное число, посредством чего определяют концентрацию, в которой учтена поправка на гематокритное число, упомянутого исследуемого вещества в упомянутой пробе.
2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что упомянутый коэффициент поправки на гематокритное число модифицирует значение предварительной концентрации исследуемого вещества для удаления составляющей, обусловленной гематокритным числом, из упомянутого значения предварительной концентрации исследуемого вещества.
3. Способ по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что упомянутый коэффициент поправки на гематокритное число является функцией упомянутой предварительной концентрации исследуемого вещества и переменной γ упомянутой электрохимической ячейки.
4. Способ по пп.1, 2 или 3, отличающийся тем, что упомянутой физиологической пробой является цельная кровь или ее производное.
5. Способ по п.4, отличающийся тем, что упомянутым исследуемым веществом является глюкоза.
6. Способ по п.5, отличающийся тем, что упомянутый коэффициент поправки на гематокритное число равен
1/((0,6637)+((4,9466*1n(С0))/С0)+(-0,4012*1n(γ))),
где С0 - упомянутая предварительная концентрация;
γ - упомянутое переменное соотношение токов упомянутой электрохимической ячейки.
7. Способ по любому из пп.1-16, отличающийся тем, что упомянутая первая полярность является отрицательной, а упомянутая вторая полярность является положительной.
8. Измерительное устройство, предназначенное для амперометрического измерения концентрации исследуемого вещества в физиологической пробе согласно способу по любому из пп.1-7, содержащее (а) средство для приложения первого электрического потенциала, имеющего первую электрическую полярность, к электрохимической ячейке, содержащей упомянутую пробу, и измерения тока в этой ячейке как функции времени для получения первой времятоковой переходной характеристики, (б) средство для приложения второго электрического потенциала, имеющего вторую полярность, к упомянутой электрохимической ячейке, причем вторая полярность противоположна упомянутой первой полярности, и измерения тока в этой ячейке как функции времени для получения второй времятоковой переходной характеристики, (в) средство для определения значения предварительной концентрации исследуемого вещества и переменной γ на основании упомянутых первой и второй времятоковых переходных характеристик, и (г) средство для удаления составляющей, обусловленной гематокритным числом, из упомянутого значения предварительной концентрации с целью получения упомянутой концентрации исследуемого вещества в упомянутой пробе.
9. Измерительное устройство по п.8, отличающееся тем, что включает в себя электрохимическую индикаторную полоску.
10. Система, предназначенная для применения при определении концентрации исследуемого вещества в физиологической пробе любым из способов по пп.1-7, содержащая (а) электрохимическую индикаторную полоску и (б) измерительное устройство, содержащее средство для приложения первого электрического потенциала, имеющего первую электрическую полярность, к электрохимической ячейке, содержащей упомянутую пробу, и измерения тока в этой ячейке как функции времени для получения первой времятоковой переходной характеристики, (2) средство для приложения второго электрического потенциала, имеющего вторую полярность, к упомянутой электрохимической ячейке, причем вторая полярность противоположна упомянутой первой полярности, и измерения тока в этой ячейке как функции времени для получения второй времятоковой переходной характеристики, (3) средство для определения значения предварительной концентрации исследуемого вещества и переменной γ на основании упомянутых первой и второй времятоковых переходных характеристик, и (4) средство для удаления составляющей, обусловленной гематокритным числом, из упомянутого значения предварительной концентрации с целью получения упомянутой концентрации исследуемого вещества в упомянутой пробе.
