Claims (12)
1. Способ определения изменения вязкости пробы жидкости, заключающийся в том, что вводят пробу в электрохимическую ячейку, содержащую расположенные на определенном расстоянии друг против друга рабочий электрод и электрод сравнения, прикладывают электрический потенциал к реакционной ячейке для создания установившегося значения тока между расположенными на определенном расстоянии друг против друга рабочим электродом и электродом сравнения, определяют изменение установившегося значения тока для определения изменения вязкости пробы жидкости.
2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что изменение установившегося тока представляет собой понижение величины установившегося тока.
3. Способ по любому из пп.1 и 2, отличающийся тем, что изменение вязкости представляет собой ее увеличение.
4. Способ по любому из пп.1-3, отличающийся тем, что в качестве пробы жидкости используют пробу физиологической субстанции.
5. Способ по п.4, отличающийся тем, что пробой физиологической субстанции является кровь.
6. Способ по п.5, отличающийся тем, что определяют протромбиновое время (ПВ) упомянутой крови.
7. Способ по любому из предыдущих пп.1-6, отличающийся тем, что используют электрохимическую индикаторную полоску по любому из пп.8-10.
8. Электрохимическая индикаторная полоска, содержащая электрохимическую ячейку, включающую расположенные на определенном расстоянии друг против друга рабочий электрод и электрод сравнения, смесь реагентов, содержащую окислительно-восстановительную пару, катализатор коагуляции.
9. Индикаторная полоска по п.8, отличающаяся тем, что катализатор коагуляции содержит тромбопласин.
10. Индикаторная полоска по п.9, отличающийся тем, что окислительно-восстановительная пара содержит феррицианид и ферроцианид.
11. Измерительный прибор для определения изменения вязкости пробы жидкости, содержащий средство для приложения электрического потенциала к электрохимической ячейке, состоящей из расположенных на определенном расстоянии друг против друга рабочего электрода и электрода сравнения, и содержащей пробу жидкости, средство для измерения тока между расположенными на определенном расстоянии друг против друга электродами, средство для определения изменения измеренного тока в ячейке, средство для отнесения изменения измеренного тока в ячейке с изменением вязкости пробы жидкости.
12. Комплект для определения коагуляции в пробе крови, содержащий, по меньшей мере, одну электрохимическую индикаторную полоску по любому из пп.8-10, по меньшей мере, одно средство для калибрования и средство для взятия пробы.
