Claims (4)

1. Модуль карточки с интегральной схемой для биометрических сенсоров, предназначенный для встраивания в карточки с интегральной схемой, содержащий по меньшей мере одну сенсорную интегральную схему (10) в качестве сенсора, подложку (5) в виде пластинки или фольги, на которой закреплена сенсорная интегральная схема (10) и которая имеет электропроводные участки (8), которые с одной стороны соединены с сенсорной интегральной схемой (10), а с другой стороны - с электрическими выводами (14) карточки (1) с интегральной схемой, причем подложка (5) на участке сенсорной интегральной схемы (10) имеет по меньшей мере одно сквозное окно (9), и сенсорная интегральная схема (10) закреплена на подложке (5) таким образом, что активная плоскость (11) сенсорной интегральной схемы (10) обращена к подложке (5) и лежит на участке окна (9), так что она доступна через окно (9) в подложке (5).
2. Модуль карточки с интегральной схемой по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что сенсорная интегральная схема (10) подразделена на несколько отдельных сегментов (10а, 10b, 10с, 10d), каждый из которых расположен соответственно на участке своего собственного сегмента окна (9а, 9b, 9c, 9d) в подложке (5).
3. Модуль карточки с интегральной схемой по п. 1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что модуль интегральной схемы приклеен на краях подложки (5) с помощью эластичного клеящего элемента (16) к материалу карточки с интегральной схемой.
4. Модуль карточки с интегральной схемой по любому из пп. 1-3, отличающийся тем, что электропроводные участки модуля карточки с интегральной схемой между электрическими выводами (14) карточки (1) с интегральной схемой и сенсорной интегральной схемой (10) по меньшей мере частично состоят из печатных проводников в форме меандра.
