Abstract
Использование: в качестве антагонистов од-адренорецепторов. Сущность изобретени - ПРОДУКТ общей формулы Ri ч/ CM -В Р 4УГГЧ N А, где X - СН2 или С О. Ri - Ci - s-алкил, либо бензил, который может быть замещенным или незамещенным, R2 - Н, Ci - 4-алкил, ОН или Ci-з-алкокси, Яз-Н, СНз, СН2СНз, ОСНз или Hal. RA - Н, СНз, СНа СНз, JCHs или Hal, Hal-галоген, причем, когда R2-H или Ci - з-алкил. RI не может быть водорбдом и когда R2 - ОН или Ci - з-алкокси, X не может быть С О. Реагент I: продукт общей формулы: . N ч-нО N Н где R2, Rs, R4 имеют вышеуказанные значени . Реагент II: алкил или аралкилгалогенид формулы: R Y, Ci -s-алкил, либо незамещенный бензил , Y-галоген.
