Abstract

Procedeul de tratare hidrocatalitica a fractiunilor de hidrocarburi cu puncte de fierbere ridicate, conform inventiei, permite obtinerea unor rafinate cu caracteristici tehnico-economice îmbunatatite, în care scop tratarea hidrocatalitica a fractiunilor de hidrocarburi cu puncte de fierbere ridicate de la prelucrarea primara si / sau secundara a petrolului este condusa pe un catalizator cu forma de sectiune asemanatoare vertebrelor, în sine cunoscute constînd dintr-o combinatie de 3-5% ma oxid de nichel si/sau oxid de cobalt, pe un oxid de aluminiu 0,3-3% ma continînd dioxid de siliciu cu o suprafata a catalizatorului de 150-300 m2/g si diametre ale porilor de 40-200 A, cantitatea de macropori cu diametre ale porilor 20-60 mm, fiind nu mai mult de 1-5% din volumul total al porilor, în conditii cunoscute la presiuni partiale de H2 de la 1-8 MPa, temperaturi de 550-700K, încarcari de materie prima de 1-10 m3/m3h si rapoarte gaze-produs de 80-1000m3 iN/m3 utilizîndu-se particule extrudate de catalizator, la care marginile suprafetei de sectiune sunt date de curbe ample, iar curbele curbele ample sunt legate între ele prin curbe înguste si curbura opusa, lini drepte imaginare sunt trasate între punctele de pe curbele îndepartate în exteriorul corpului geometric......
