Abstract
Inventia se refera la un dispozitiv de marcare a terenului cu spuma în agricultura, în vederea asigurarii conducerii corecte a masinilor în procesul de lucru.Problema tehnica ce trebuie rezolvata pentru inventie este aceea de a elabora un dispozitivde marcare a terenului cu spuma care avand un ansamblu de spumare si un ansamblu de comanda pentru introducerea substantei de baza si agentului de spumare sa formeze spuma în apropiere de locul ce trebuie marcat si sa debiteze pe acest loc fara sa maifie necesare conducte de conducere a spumei. Solutia tehnica prin care se rezolva aceasta problemaprevede un ansamblu de reglare pus în legatura cu o conducta prin care circula o substanta de baza, si un organ de comanda pus în legatura cu o conduct a prin care circula agentul de spumare. Organul de comanda este un piston care se deplaseaza într-un cilindru iar organul de reglare este format dintr-o supapa de admisie actionata într-o parte de un arc care o apasa pe scaunul sau si din cealalta parte de pistonul mentionat, printr-o tija. Formarea spumei aproape de locul de marcat, simplificarea constructiva si reducerea cheltuielilor de fabricatie sunt avantaje ale acestui dispozitiv.The invention relates to a device for marking land with foam in agriculture in order to ensure the correct driving of the machines in the working process. The technical solution to solve this problem results in an adjustment assembly connected to a conduit through which a base substance circulates and a control member connected to a conduit through which the foaming agent circulates. The control body is a piston that moves in a cylinder and the regulating member consists of an intake valve actuated in part by a spring that presses it on its seat and on the other side of the piston by means of a rod. Foam formation close to the marker, constructive simplification and reduced manufacturing costs are advantages of this device.
