PL PL PL Patent description published: 88 01 05 140112 Reading Room "(* Patent IFTT. Cl.* TTTFSB 7/04 B05B J2/0« AMM 11/00 Creator of the invention: Lsszló Ladsnyi, SSNDOR KIRFILY, GSZO SACKELY PATTENTS authorized from the patent: debreated Mesogojasagi: Gópgyartó 4s Szol^ When spraying the roll, foam marking is used to mark the border of the sprayed surface. There is a known foam marking device from the German company JACOBY, composed of a tank for the foaming agent, foam ejecting units, a foam dosing head and foam lines. Foam is produced in the foaming agent tank by blowing air and pumped to the dosing head through the foam line. Foam from the dosing head is ejected onto the ground according to regulation, which causes marking. Disadvantages of the solution are that, due to the volume of the foam, the diameter of the pipe through which the foam is supplied is large, the pipe is kinked on the long foldable beam, experiencing permanent deformation, i.e. a reduction in cross-section, the length of the pipe reduces the durability of the foam. Moreover, the foam it is delivered to the place of use from too long a distance, therefore the regulation of its delivery is very imprecise and difficult. There is also a well-known piauia marking system from the German company KESSEL, which is basically similar to the above, but has a built-in sawcrr for the foam. Disadvantage The essence of this solution is that the foam inside the tube changes its form when it is at rest and becomes unsuitable for use. The aim of the invention is to eliminate the inherent disadvantages of this type of devices, and the task of the leading engineers is to build devices intended for this purpose. mainly for marking foam in agriculture, which, due to the simplicity of its structure and relatively small dimensions, will be easy to use and reliable in its operation. According to the invention, this goal was achieved thanks to the fact that the control unit is embedded in the conduit for the flow of the basic foam component, and the working member for activating the control unit is connected to the conduit for the flow of the foam-forming material. It is preferable when the working element is a piston sliding in a cylinder 25, and the control unit is a valve, which is loaded with a screw spring, with the piston supported by its piston rod on the valve blade. To improve the quality of the foam obtained from the device. An advantageous embodiment is the one in which a reinforcing element for generating foam, purposely made of a multi-layer screen, is attached to the head ejecting the foam. The subject of the invention is shown in the embodiment in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the foam ejecting head in an axial section, Fig. 2 - an axial section of the control system, and Fig. 3 - a cross-sectional view of the device according to the invention. The foam ejecting head 10 according to the invention is shown in Fig. 1, has a conduit 1 for the basic foam component and a conduit 2 for the foam-forming material, which are fed from appropriate tanks. In the head 10 there is a nipple 3 with nozzles 5 connected to the pipe 2, and a mixing nozzle 4 connected to the pipe 1. The operation of the head 10 is basically based on the action of the nipple 3. In order to produce foam, the foam-forming material flows from line 2 through nozzles 5 under appropriate pressure to the mixing nozzle. sewing chamber 4, where the foam is produced. Then the ready foam flows out from the head 10. The control system 11, shown in Fig. 2, has a working element 9 and a control unit 7. The working element 9 is placed on the control medium conduit 6 in such a way in a way that it responds to the pressure of the medium flowing there. The working element 9 is connected to the control unit 7. The control unit is a spring valve and is built into the foam component conduit 8. It is advisable to design the working element 9 as a piston, but it can also be a diaphragm. The essence of operation of the control system 11 according to the invention is as follows. The pressure prevailing in the control medium conduit 6 acts on the working element 9, which is mechanically controls the medium stream control unit 7. Thanks to this, it is possible to regulate the flow of another medium, also technological, using the pressure of a given technological medium. The device 13 according to the invention, shown in Fig. 3, is mainly used for marking with foam in agriculture. The device 13 consists of a control system 11 and a head 10 ejecting foam. It is advisable that they constitute one whole. In order to produce foam of better quality, a reinforcing element 12 for producing foam, made of a single- or multi-layer sieve, is placed in front of the device 13. The essence of the operation of the device 13 is that the foam-forming material is passed through the conduit 2, connected to the regulating medium conduit 6 and the nozzles 5 of the nipple 3 located in the head 10, the foaming material being compressed air, although it may be a liquid or other type of gas. In the mixing nozzle 4 of the nipple 3, the foam-forming material sucks the basic foam component from the pipe 1. The conduit 1 is connected to the foam component conduit 8, and the valve in the control unit 7 is opened by the foam-forming material flowing through the conduit 6 and exerting pressure on the working element 9. From the mixing nozzle 4, the foam passes to the strengthening element. 12, from which ready-made, durable foam for marking the roll comes out. The device 13 can be remotely controlled using only one actuating element. The embodiments do not limit the application of the invention, but are for information purposes only. PL PL PL
