Inventia se refera la un procedeu pentru obtinerea unor hidrolizate functionale de albumina din proteina microbiana, caracterizat prin continutul de proteina, de acid nucleic si de lipide, prin solubilitate, capacitatea de spumare, capacitatea moleculara; hidrolizatul prezinta calitati tehnologico-alimentare valoroase si se utilizeaza ca adaos în alimente fara sa influenteze negativ proprietatile de gust ale acestora.
