Abstract
A dry hydrolysed protein to which 0.5 to 20% of an antidusting oil have been added has a tendency to agglomerate. This defect can be overcome without detrimentally affecting the taste of the product by the addition of 2 to 5% of silica or of a silicate, for example of silica gel.
