Claims (3)
- 단일 U자형 관형반응기(105)로 원료가 연속적으로 투입ㆍ분해되는 방식으로 초기에 운전하고 이를 원하는 목적 생성물로 가수분해물을 제조하기 위하여, 관형반응기(105)로부터 분급하여 각각의 개별분해조(회분식 반응기)(107)로 공급되는 연속분해방식과 개별분해방식을 복합 구성하여 연계함을 특징으로 하는 식물성 단백가수분해물 제조 장치
- 제1항에 기재된 장치에 있어서 개별분해조(회분식 반응장치)(107) 내부의 내용물의 균일한 교반ㆍ혼합이 이뤄지도록 하는 내산성 수지(FRP)로 구성된 2 ∼4의 프로펠러가 부착된 축류 임펠러(110)를 특징으로 하는 교반장치를 가진 개별분해 제조장치.
- 제1항에 기재된 장치에 있어서 분해조(107) 내부의 상부덮개(123)에 물 또는 염기성 액체를 채울 수 있는 원형관(119-1, 119-2)과, 교반장치의 임펠러축에는 밀폐용 원형관(119-3)과 같은 구조물을 부착하여 내부로부터의 유해가스 유출이 없도록 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 장치
