Abstract

Procedeul de tratare a vegetalelor pentru obtinerea proteinelor, conform inventiei, prmite obtinerea unui produs utilizat pentru hrana animalelor sub forma de turte din masa verde de lucerna cu un procent de umiditate mai scazut decît umiditatea masei verzi, la care se adauga un procent de proteina, carotina, xantofila si celuloza. Procedeul consta în tratarea prealabila a masei vegetale brute, urmata de presare, obtinîndu-se o turta si un suc, dupa care turta este supusa unei deshidratari pe cale umeda în conditii susceptibile sa provoace într-un mod lent si controlat flocularea proteinelor cloroplastice în interiorul tesuturilor vegetale, planta retinînd apoi celulele sale cea mai mare parte din proteine cloroplastice si din pigmenti.
