Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu pentru prepararea unor derivati de guanina, cu formula generala I: 8vezi formula) în care fiecare dintre R1 si R2 care sînt identici sau diferiti reprezinta hidrogen, hidroxi sau fluor, cu conditia ca unul din R1 sau R2 sa fie hidrogen, cînd R1 si R2 sînt identici, sau o sare fiziologica acceptabila sau un izomer optic. Procedeul consta în aceea ca cuprinde: hidrolizarea cu acid clorhidric la reflux a unui compus cu formula generala II: (vezi formula) în care Y este OH sau o grupa scindabila, cum ar fi, clor, brom, iod, sau o grupa -SH, -OR2, -SR3 sau -SO2R2; B înseamna (vezi formula) în care R3, R4, R5 si R6 sînt identici sau diferiti si înseamna hidrogen, -COR2, -SO2R2, sau în care R3 si R4 sau R3 si r5 sau R4 si R5 formeaza împreunaî un cetal ciclic ca în formula urmatoare (vezi formula) pentru a forma un compus de formula generala I, în care ......
