Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu de preparare a unor derivati ai 6-alfa-metilhidrocortizonului, care corespund formulei generale I: (vezi formula) în care R1 reprezinta un radical 1-oxoalchil cu 2...6 atomi de carbon. Acesti compusi se utilizeaza împreuna cu substante de suport uzuale în industria farmaceutica, pentru tratamentul local al unor boli de piele. Ei se obtin prin fermentarea cu o cultura de ciuperci de soiul Curvularia a derivatilor 6 alfa-metilsteroidelor corespunzatoare cu pH = 4...7.
