Abstract
Procedeul de extragere a nichelului si aluminiului din catalizatori uzati conform inventiei prin atac acid cu solutie de acid cu solutie de acid azotic sau/ti clorhidric si firbere cu reflux timp de 8...10 h pentru solubilizarea Ni, Ca, Al, Mg, tratarea în continuare cu amoniac pentru precipitarea alunminei si complexarea Ni, Ca, Mg urmata de barbotarea prin solutie a CO2, pentru precipitarea Ca si Mg, ramânând în solutie Ni, care se precipita la 105 degree C, prin tratare cu NaOH, sub forma de Ni(OH)2, ce poate fi utilizat ca atare sau supus unei purificari suplimentare în scopul optimizarii fluxului tehnologic si a obtinerii unor randamente ridicate de recuperare a Ni si Al, efectueaza diluarea solutiei acide cu continut de Ni, Ca, Al, Mg cu apa pîna la densitatea de 1,15...1,16 g/cm cub înainte de tratare cu NH3 si eventuala purificare a Ni(OH)2 prin redizolvare în solutie cu continut de 8...10% CO2 si 15...17% NH3, pentru complexarea numai a Ni, dupa care solutia se filtraza si se descompune termic sub vid rezultînd Ni(OH)-99,9% puritate.
