Abstract
Procedeul de separare a paladiului din catalizatori uzati cu continut de Pd sub 0,1% pe suport de alumina solubila în acizi minerali, conform inventiei, prevede calcinarea pentru trecerea aluminei în forma ionsolubila, urmata de tratarea cu HCl 1.1 la fierbere pentru extractie Pd, rezultînd o solutie clorhidrica de Pd, în care se precipita negru de paladiu, cu solutie de hidrat de hidrazina 80%, la pH-ul necesar, obtinut prin adaugarea solutiei de NaOH 30% precipitatul obtinut fiind separat prin filtrare si supus purificarii, prin redizolvare acida si reprecipitare în aceleasi conditii, dupa care negrul de paladiu pur, rezultat, este tratat termic subsecvent la 750 degree C, în curent de CO2, pentru obtinerea unor randamente ridicate se efectueaza calcinarea granulelor de catalizator pentru insolubilizarea aluminei, la 1035 degree C timp de o ora tratarea grenulelor calcinate pentru extractia paladiului cu acid clorhidric 1:1 în doua trepte, prima cu o durata de o ora, iar a doua de 1/2 h, precipitarea negrului de paladiu cu hidrat de hidrazina la un pH cuprins între 0,5 si 2 redizolvarea acestuia în vederea purificarii în amestec de HCl si HNO3 si calcinarea negrului de paladiu pur pentru obtinerea spongiei de paladiu timp de 1/2 h.
