Abstract

Procedeul si instalatia conform inventiei, foloseste combustibil solid, cum ar fi carbunele furnizat într-un put de intrare al focarului printr-un alimentator rotativ construit pentru a împiedica admisia aerului. Canalele de aer primar furnizeaza partea majora a aerului cerut de arderea combustibilului într-o regiune în care patul de combustibil este suficient de gros pentru a evita o perturbare si formare de "gauri" de catre acest aer. Mai departe, canale de aer mai înguste furnizeaza aer suficient difuzat cu o viteza mica pentru a completa arderea combustibilului fara o antrenare efectiva a granulelor si cenusii. Aerul este împiedicat sa intre în contact cu combustibilul în amontele canalelor si marginei de dozare.
